I simply love this place. A friend suggested Pcc Salud FHC to me about 10 years ago now and Im yet to have a disappointing situation in the least bit. The staff has always been very kind, never bad attitudes or the feeling that they dislike helping people. The nurses and doctors are all very caring and informative. The facility itself is always very well maintained, even before their renovation. Im very surprised that there are not more 5 star reviews of this place. Going in for a doctors visit is never fun no matter how healthy one is and this place has always made my personal experience one that is the least amount of stressful compared to other places I have gone to. I found the one and Ive thus far stuck with it because Im very happy here. So thank you to this staff! Also for patients who do have internet access I highly recommend utilizing the online patient portal. Its very easy to make a request and I always receive a call back within 24 hours.

POOR - The effectiveness of the administrative staff lacks professionalism. The timeliness of the appointments are always behind. You have to plan to stay there all day. Doctors are great, but staff are not efficient. Receptionists attitude is the lowest quality you can ever receive. There are a lot under resourced patience that need guidance and assistance, why receive such belittleling attitude from the receptionist?!! you would think hispanics will help other hispanics... "not at all". This needs to be address to higher ups and have better hiring techniques and choose wisely.

My wife made an appointment 20 days ago, when on the phone she was asked for the insurance type and some other information. So she took the kids yesterday for the appointment that was set. She checked in and she was told that the type of insurance that she had was not accepted at that clinic. WHY WAS NOT THAT CHECKED WHEN THE APPOINTMENT WAS DONE? BECAUSE THE STAFF ARE LAZY AND INCONSIDERATE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, NOW WE HAVE TO SET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AT ANOTHER CLINIC. WHAT A BUNCH INEPTS AND MEDIOCRES THESE PEOPLE ARE!!!!!

worst service ever there is no walk in service if you have an appointment they still take over an hour to see you. Dont waste your time with this poor service. Horrible patient care indifferent unproffessional, jerks. The receptionist have the crappiest attitude I have ever recieved from any health care facility. They do not even meet the quality of the cook county hospital. If you dont believe me, be prepare to waste your whole day to prove me right and find out for your self.

Wish there was a zero star option. I absolutely HATE this clinic. Even if you get to make an appointment (you might be on the phone waiting for over an hour) once youre there, you will wait over an hour to get called. And then sit in the room for another 20-30 minutes. God forbid you need a referral to a specialist. I had a broken elbow and had to wait 2 MONTHS for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. I never went back, but unfortunately have relatives that have no choice

I want to leave NO stars but it wont let me post otherwise.... This place is a complete disgrace an should be shut down for horrible service. They NEVER answer the phone so if you need to schedule or cancel an appointment, you might as well just walk in to the clinic because it takes 45 minutes or more for them to answer. And you will see a different Dr every time you go.May I add that its near impossible to get an appointment. This place is garbage!

I am a social worker requesting documents. The phone system is very poor and waiting for over 30 minutes is unacceptable. The voice announcement states: Your call is very important to us... But yet how important it is if the employees are not answering. I can understand that everyone has a busy working life, but waiting for over 30 minutes for a telephone call is ridiculous and unrealistic.

Medical service is good but they dont take you at your appointment schedule time even being half on hour early or 15 minutes early , make a big deal about 15 minutes early & on time but keep.us atill waiting 15 minutes ie more waiting to be called I had my babys appointment at 10:15 got here at 9:40 - 9:45am is almost on hour I been waiting to be called now 10:40am

Pcc use to be a good clinic, I dont knw why happen. It takes for ever just for you to make an apt it takes up to a hour. Your appointment you get seen all late after the Time they give you. .so if u had it at 10 u wnt get seen till like 11:30/12. They needa get back on track ! Ive been going to this clinic since I was in 4th grade.

The staff have an attitude problem I mean the people in front they are rude Look at you as if your annoying them When your there to see a doctor. Making an appointment over the phone will take you an hour. Get ready to wait over an hour or more to get called in as well. Horrible customer service. Zero stars from me

Im so disappointed with this location. To get someone on the phone is like 30 + minutes. They are not sympathetic to your needs and concerns. To get a referral has been a mission for me.

I dont believe they have anybody answering the phones! If thats how much they care about inquiries about their clinic, I can just imagine how bad is their service once you are there.
