Being a parent of a patient @ Aris our initial experience was a bumpy unpleasant one. However with me being a straightforward parent and keeping up with good paperwork we were able to get the situation fixed with a new doctor in same location.Since then have not had any unpleasant experiences.

Turn over for doctors seems high. Really sucks that I havent kept the same doctor for more than a year. Calling in for an appointment or leaving a doctor a message is really unorganized and hard. But when I am there, and once all the scheduling is done, all staff is really nice and caring.

Walgreens Pharmacy is inside the facility. So glad that I finally decided to establish primary care here. Dr. Gibbons was great and I highly recommend this location for Gay-friendly/oriented/affirming healthcare.

The doctors are great! Making an appointment is a nightmare. The system (or someone) hung up on me 9 times and still didnt get to make an appointment. Once you get in, its great!
