Hi there everyone from my point of view if ur new patient and u dont arrive 20 minutes before cuz u do need to fill out paper work and they have to verify insurance due to short funded thru the state. And some insurances have a co pay and arrive 6 minutes after appointment yes u will have to reschedule. Walk in is done at 7:45 am. I have been seen 2 minutes after I arrive for my appointment and they are not rude and my provider attends to my needs. I know if I dont have an appointment they do tell me they dont guaranty I be seen right away I have to wait til someone doesnt show for their appointment and that could be 2 hrs. But o well if its urgent I stay. Well best of luck and hope that some can agree.

I brought my mother in after an insurance change and I have to say I am very impressed!!! The medical staff is amazing here! Very compassionate doctors! Dr. Roslin is very attentive and explains everything and goes into detail with my questions. The lab tech was able to draw my moms blood with ease also. The guy nurse that helped her out was very patient and attractive too on a side note lol. I usually dont leave reviews but my experience at this medical center was outstanding! Would recommend this clinic!

IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS CLINIC FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND THEIR FRONT DESK SERVICE SUCKS! THEY DONT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD NO MATTER WHAT! YOU CAN CALL IN ADVANCE LETTING THEM KNOW YOUR GOING TO BE LATE AND THEY STILL WONT TAKE YOU WHEN YOU GET THERE. THEY NEVER HAVE WALK INS AVAILABLE, YOU COULD BE HAVING A HERPES OUT BREAK AND THEY STILL WON TAKE YOU! IVE HAD SO MANY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIS CLINIC ITS TERRIBLE! I WOULDNT NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE!

Long wait for appointments. Was called back for test results told by doctor to come in within 2 weeks and was unable to make an appointment for 4 weeks. Lots of issues trying to get referrals as well. Had a mamogram and needed three breast biopsies. The staff was useless, unhelpful and uncaring. Without the help from the staff at Little Company of Mary Hospital they were sble to secure it for me. This is no better than a free clinic.

The doctors and nurses here are GREAT! The best doctors Ive ever had and By far one of the best clinics Ive been too, I feel comfortable and secure with my doctors and nurses they focus on you and they care, the only downfall for me is not all of their receptionists are nice some have attitudes but not all ! &d the waiting time sometimes but thats as any doctors office would be overall I love it here and I love my doctors !!

Customer se is very poor, my oldest son goes here and Im trying to call in and set an appointment for my youngest. Whenever the phone is answered it is by someone who speaks Spanish. When I try to ask a question or for English Im just transferred back to the automatic system and my call drops. After the 4th call I asked for a manager and the same thing. Very rude, and disrespectful

Ive been going here since I was 10 and Im 22 I bring my daughter here now and I still come as well. The workers are understanding and the doctors are nice and do their job very well. I moved away but still come to this clinic because it is a family clinic for me, my mom daughter n her father. I love it

Doctors are great. Nurses are awesome. Receptionists seem to hate their job and are usually very rude. Always short answers and if you ask a question they usually roll their eyes before answering. And if you ever have an issue they act like its not their problem and answer with a sorry for ya attitude.

I disagree completely with the first reviewer. I have not met any one at this clinic with a bad attitude. And I have met quite a few there. You may have to wait a bit -as at any clinic- but when its your turn the focus is on you. Cant get much better than that!

This clinic is poorly run. I feel bad for whoever got stuck with this stupid clinic. I wouldnt even give it ONE star. All the workers there have an ugly ass attitude that just makes your skin crawl and ruins your day.

Nurse Janet is awesome! She goes over and beyond what is expected of her. She makes herself available if for any reason I have questions. I wish all nurses were as kind and sweet as her!
