My husband worked for Exodus right out of residency. Boy, did he learn what not to look for in an employer. Out of date computer systems crashed several times a day for the last 18 years. Employees of the owner were forced to work weekends unpaid to catch up on HIS paperwork or would be terminated. Company uses "sign-on bonus" from hospital as salary for first three months work. If you leave before your one year contract is up (which you will want to) you will have to pay back your "sign-on bonus". That means you wont be paid for your first three months work. Absolutely no training for computer systems and MAs are shared between doctors if one (or more) call in sick. At times three doctors will share one MA. The owner would rather they all run three hours behind than pay a couple hundred dollars to a temp agency. MAs are incorrectly "trained" on medical record system. Doctors are expected to figure out computer system on their own time. Four OBs left the practice about a year ago because they were being undercompensated by owner. The owner will not put money into the practice, will not update servers, will not pay for training, will not pay for temp agency Medical Assistants. Owner told my husband that he could work any hours he wanted and many other lies to get him to sign on. Dont believe Brian (owner). Run away from this "opportunity". Do not be a patient in this terribly run practice. Owner prefers his pockets heavily lined, at the expense of everyone that works there.

Had a great appt, however, after receiving my prescriptions I had weird side affects. I called their MA line and left a message. The recording told me Id hear back from someone within 48 hours. I never got a call or a message. I called again and left yet another message, again, no call back. I called a week later and asked for the appointment scheduling line instead of the MA line, I told them my complains and my questions and they assured me I would hear back from the doctor herself within 24 hours, and again, no call. I called two days later and again asked for the appt scheduling line so I could talk to a person, told them again what had happened and she said she would look into it and call me right back. And of course no call. Then to top off the cake, they billed the wrong insurance. NIGHTMARE! I will never ever go back to exodus. They are unprofessional and unsafe. Thank god my side affects were not major and went away when my prescription was up.

I have only had to have one surgery before in my lifetime and was nervous to have a 2nd. I was in need of a hernia repair. I was referred to Dr Justin Atherton who works out of Exodus Healthcare Network he was able to see me within a day of making the appointment and we had surgery scheduled for the following day. He was very kind to give me my options and let me know the pros and cons of waiting to do the surgery and ultimately left it up to me with a professional opinion. I opted to have it done the next day he was concerned with the time the hospital had given us for later in the day worrying about my comfort level not eating the following day. I felt very comfortable going into surgery as I can be high maintenance at times. Surgery was a success and 9 days later I feel pretty good. I do not take the time to write reviews often only when they are due. I would highly recommend Dr Justin Atherton.

I have been going to this clinic for years every time hoping to have a better experience than the last. Unfortunately I have had enough of them wasting my time. *wait times are absolutely ridiculous * Doctors that work here dont seem to actually care about their patients. I havent found one that I can trust yet. *the billing department is awful. I specifically discussed my preventive care visit before going back with the dr to make sure I wouldnt be asked to pay. My insurance was called and the front desk was reassured to not accept a copay. Still, I received a bill in the mail. My insurance has called them twice to try to get them to understand that it was covered and they still will not change the coding. Dont waste your time with this clinic. It is worth the drive for quality care and will save you time and money in the long run

The only reason I gave Exodus Healthcare in Magna a star is because one star is required to leave this review. I have never come across so many incompetent healthcare professionals in one location. I have spoken with many friends and neighbors about Exodus and have heard stories that can only be described as borderline malpractice. I, myself, have received stitches from Exodus on two occasions which tore through my skin shortly after receiving them. On one of those occasions, I could feel the doctor stitching me up, I told him but he ignored me and kept going. It was painful to say the least. I have had many other bad experiences on top of these. I cannot emphasize this enough, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Drive to the nearest hospital, clinic, urgent care, or Walmart where you can find duct tape and some Aspirin, anywhere but Exodus!

Went to this Insta care because my son and I were really sick.. was told that I have bronchitis and that I needed a steroid.. well I get to the pharmacy and am told they cant fill it because the doctor wrote the prescription wrong, and their waiting on the doctor to get back to them with the right instructions so they could fill it.. needless to say its been about 9 hours now and the doctor has still not called them back, which means I still dont have the medication to kick the bronchitis.. honestly people, if you can go some where else... DO IT!!!! Every time I call them to get someone to call the pharmacy back the girls at the front desk just give me the run around.. I will NEVER walk into this Insta care again.. they obvious could care less about their patients...

I have been going to Exodus in Magna for almost 3 years. I am now looking for better! This past year has been horrible there, no return phone calls. I have had test results that were sent to the clinic 3 weeks ago. LDS hospital let me know they were sent and that I needed to see my Doctor ASAP. Made the appointment, went to my appointment ... yeah Im still waiting. Doctor couldnt find results, MA cant find them ... I have called 2x a week. As of last week they had the results and I was told I would get a call the same day. That never happened and it has been another week. Bad, really bad standard operating procedures. No communication and with that being said Im now leaving to find a different Doctor and clinic that doesnt leave you hanging.

On just 2 visits with Dr. Zehnder I came to the conclusion I will be seeking out another physician. On the first visit he made his assistant cry because I put my gown on backwards. I did it in purpose because I felt like it was choking me. The next visit he pretty much said I have gallbladder issues because "women who are fat or obese tend to have problems with their gallbladder" Even when I was 30 pounds heavier I never ever heard a doctor use the word fat. He body shamed me! I later learned he has been reported multiple times for body shaming women. Yes, being overweight can cause health issues, however, he lacked tact and professionalism in conveying that message to me. I feel he has no respect for women. I will not be seeing him again.
