I came to know about Pai Dental based on reading her Google reviews. I was initially suspicious of all her 5-star reviews given how relatively new her business was at the time. I found it hard to believe she could get so many 5-star Google reviews in such a short time. But I have come to understand why she has such a loyal following of clients. I consider myself one now also and giving her my own 5-star review. I came to Pai Dental because I was looking for a dentist that was not looking to persistently upsell me on more expensive procedures. I have a distrust of many dentists because of years of aggressively upselling tactics. First and foremost, I simply want reliable cleanings at a reasonable price as the basis of a good working relationship without feeling like I am going to be subject to a sales pitch. Because of my prior negative experiences, I visited Dr. Pais office, spoke to her office staff, and Dr. Pai herself in person. I thought she might turn me away but I was pleasantly surprised found her pleasant, compassionate, understanding, and accommodating. She was easy to talk to. I respected her for the ability to speak frankly with me about my concerns as a potentially new cash patient. I told her what I was looking for a dependable, trustworthy dentist-patient relationship and she was agreeable. I found out she does teeth cleanings for her patients although that will probably change as her practice grows and is compelled to hire a hygienist to assist. She does a very good job in her teeth cleanings probably one of the best because she is very considerate of my comfort. I told her more than once that I rarely feel pain and I was surprised by that. She is methodical and careful. I am very comfortable in her presence when she is working in my mouth. Dr. Pai is a very hands-on dentist and businesswoman. She takes her business and practice very seriously. These are some of the many qualities I like about her. My concern is that she will one day become so popular that she will hire additional dental hygienists and lose that personal touch that I now receive from her. For now, I am quite happy and comfortable with the service and care I am receiving. I have no qualms in coming to visit her 3 times a year. With almost anyone else, I would do the 1-2 times a year visit at best, so it is saying something for me to agree to come in 3 times a year. As I told her, it would not hurt my feelings if she was the last dentist I ever had because I dislike changing doctors and dentists. I hope to have a great relationship with her and her staff for many years to come.

There arent enough stars to award Dr Pai. Dr Pai is unlike any professional dentist I have met since moving south from the Boston area. Dr Pai is focused 100% on her patients well being. This is so evident from the moment you walk in the door till the moment you leave. Dr Pai always looks out for her patients interests and advises us as if we were her own family. There have been numerous times my family has had to seek advice on a procedure and what the financial impact it may have on our benefits and out of pocket. Dr Pai and her team go the extra mile to not only advise but do the research, share the options we have and provide detailed info on the best course of action as advocate for what is best for our family. There is no other dentist I would ever recommend here in the Atlanta area other than Dr Pai and her practice. Dr Pai goes above and beyond in my opinion each and every day. Dr Pai is a mentor to young dentists that are in school learning the skills to become a dentist. What separates her practice again is Dr Pai herself. She gives her time to help young professionals learn not just about the skill of dentistry but how to run a successful business practice. That is unlike any professional I am aware of in todays economic climate. The office is warm and comfortable. The equipment is state of the art technology. The music is current and enjoyable. There is plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Dr Pai is very very good at keeping her appointments running on time. Please read this review and know that it is authentic and genuine. Dr Pai is the only dentist you should consider for you or your family.

Looking for a true professional? Want a great experience? Look no more! Sensitive to her patients needs, staffed with a friendly and experienced assistant, Pai Dental is the place for you! After having been patients of a long-time friend and dentist in Norcross, unfortunate circumstances had us looking for a new dentist. Being ones who do our homework, we called and visited several potential practices that were willing to accept new patients as well as meet our non-insured needs. Having had a thirty-year relationship with the previous dentist, we knew we were looking for someone we liked, trusted and respected. We had used other prior practices hoping to find this. When we met Dr. Pai we found her to be the true professional we were looking for! Sensitive to our needs, a very gentle and caring person, she truly is a professional at her craft. Having been her patients for four years, it is our testimony to others that this practice has met and exceeded our expectations. Dr. Pai is one of the best and most compassionate, caring dentists we have ever met. Elizabeth (Liz), her very "attention to details", very professional and friendly assistant makes up the rest of this perfect team. We recommend that you call or visit for yourself, meet them both, inspect the cleanliness of the office and see that your search for your family dentist is over. Its really very simple, Dr. Manasi Pai is the best Dentist that I have ever gone to. Please, allow me to explain. Based on a childhood incident, I was one of those people who did not like going to the Dentist. Dont get me wrong I did go, I have fillings, caps and some extractions but in the past I would only go when it was necessary. About 3 years ago I found Dr. Pai in one of those corporate locations in Lilburn. To my surprise I discovered that she was a great Dentist and had a staff that matched her attitude. Now this wonderful Dentist has opened her own practice in Johns Creek. Previously my trips to a Dentist were filled with dread and my trips to her office used to take about 10 minutes. Now in her new location it is an hour drive for me just one way. Actually, the drive takes longer than the procedures. But you what, I do not mind the drive because I know that when I get to her office I will be greeted by Liz, Dr. Pais “Jill of all Crafts” and will then receive the best Dental treatment available. It is a nice, bright, new office with all of the modern comforts, conveniences and equipment. So if you are looking for a outstanding Dentist then you need look no further and if you go there and are lucky, then they might hum a few tunes for you too.
