Do not go here. The doctor before even seeing me or my paperwork told me in front of several other patients and 2 co workers that I did not have a qualifying condition and I was a liar. I have degenerative disk disease herniated disks and a slap tear in my shoulder and have been a medical marijuana patient for 2 years. I came into the office 3 times today after being sent away to get more paperwork. Although I had all the proof of records with me she still called me a liar in front of everyone told me I dont qualify and told me to leave. Brandon Cooley

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!These people are complete bs. Went in 3 times to renew my card first appointment they said they didnt have it in the book. Then they told me i had to pay the state with a credit card which is fine but the clinic itself only takes cash payment. How confusing and inconvenient. The girl at the desk was rude and the guy who i assume was the manager was no help at all.

Thank you to your staff for treating me with respect! Also for helping me to renew my card and giving me helpful hints for the next time for renewal. I had no idea you could go in months in advance and still be good for one year from date is to run out. Will be back later in the year!

Had a wonderful experience in the store. Was in and out in an hour and the doctor was amazingly nice and friendly. Received an email confirmation on my card from the state just three days after my visit and my card three days after the email. Quick and easy. Thanks!

Was recommended here by a friend who also obtained his card here. however I still I had a few questions about obtaining my medical card. I called them Melissa assisted me and answered all my questions throughly. They even price match!!

Great service, its better to make an appointment, i did but still took about 3hr so be patience, plus you got to fill out paper work and all that unless you are renewing it, that alot faster
