Terrible Customer Service. I called to book an appointment chose a day and time but didnt have my insurance card on me so I was told to call once I had it to confirm my appointment. I didnt call till two days later I was busy with work. So when I called again they took down my name and info and placed on hold, lady comes back on the line and says oh looks like you missed and appointment so we cant see you if you miss an appointment. I said but it was never confirmed I was told to call back with my Insurance information! She says no we cant see you if you miss your appointment. Obviously peoples health is not their priority. With this bad service I am glad I never even got seen could of been worse I dont know, I will look else where!

If you make an appointment make sure you have an hour to wait after your scheduled time because no matter if nobody is in the waiting room you will wait for a minimum of 30 minutes to see a doctor. As a matter of fact Im sitting here now waiting 40 minutes so far. Customer service sucks too. And last time I was at this dump two crack heads were smoking crack behind the business next door. Needless to say this will be my last appointment and Ive been going here for 20 years but since my doctor just retired its time for me to go.

They dont care about there patients. Front office says Something different than there drs. They have no openings, but expect you to been seen for everything. Even if its medicine tou can not stop taken. They dont care if causes it more issues. They are very rude and cant keep track of there patients. I wouldnt Def would not go there if I was you.

Great Office! The front desk staff is fast and professional! And the wait-time is less than 30 minutes. Ive been seeing Jim Grepling, P.A. for years now. Hes funny, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. I would refer this office to anyone.

Sadly Jim Grepling just retired. He was the best " Medicine Man" ever. Funny, bright, thought outside the box. Not replaceable!! Only trouble Ive had is getting my prescriptions on time and Ive never waited more than a few minutes.

Terrible customer service..Since Dr. Grepling left..Its pretty bad when you have to tell the Dr. How to fill out an ADA form...The office staff is very unprofessional and needs to learn how to listen to its patients
