This is the most negligent group of healthcare providers Ive been in contact with and its scary. I initially came to this clinic to see Dr. Le about two years ago for an annual physical. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment, however, the appointment went well (aside from the office running additional tests without my consent that were not covered by insurance). My next visit was due to symptoms of a pulmonary embolism (which Ive had a history of and can be a fatal condition). After another hour+ wait past my appointment, Dr. Le saw me and sent me home with the diagnosis of a cold. I ended up in the emergency room with bilateral pulmonary embolisms the next day. Even after these experiences, I thought Id give it one more try since my family hates looking for new doctors. More recently, my fiance went in for issues with his knee, possibly a tear. It has now been over a month and they still have not provided him with the results. He has called to check on the status multiple times with them telling him theyd call him once the imaging was received (imaging results generally do not take days, yet alone weeks to arrive). Now, after HE called them again, still in a lot of pain, theyre requiring him to come in for another appointment at a later date to get the results theyve been withholding for over a month. If you care about yourself and your loved ones, DO NOT visit this medical clinic. Ive tried giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but I care about my health and my loved ones too much to return.

Rude and incompetent staff, no idea of customer service and ridiculous charges. All in less than an hour. I confirmed the appointment over the phone, then was told it was another week out when I arrived. They asked what the nature of my visit was, and I told them my son needed two shots before school started. They asked about myself and my other child. I told them we just wanted to meet the doctor, as all three of us are new patients. They wanted a $75 copay - $25 each - for two of us to MEET the doctor (which we would do anyways considering we are all new patients). Last time I checked, regular checkups are covered by insurance, and no copay is needed for just a checkup. Ridiculous. And completely unprofessional. Anyplace that treats patients like they are a dime-a-dozen doesnt deserve to have any. Refine your customer service skills. They are elementary, if non-existent. This practice is a joke.

I been going here for almost 4 years the doctors are great but the medical Asistance are awful they are rude and talk to people how ever I will not recommend people to go there because when you appointment and go in they take 2 hour extra to see you and you decided to go in early then your appointment time they still wont call you on your appointment time if I know the complaint line I would be calling it right now instead of writing this The Asistance are so unprofessional it sad for medical Asistance to have such a bad attitude otherwise the doctor

Always ready to help very kind and professional staff at the front desk and tika as well . Unfortunate that after expanding we become numbers $$$ . Had 1 bad experience went there in pain was asked to wait for a moment then told I had to go to have blood work done and no one was helping and no room to sit and not asked but told to take a sit if I had wanted to sit I would have asked for a chair!!!! Unfortunate 1 bad experience causes us not to go back and that did it now to look for a new Doc. Will miss Doc Som hope your doggies are doing well.

You schedule an appointment and you have to wait 20-50 min after your set schedule to be seen. Over 4 years Ive gone here, Ive seen a different doctor each time. They overcharge, when you bring it to their attention it takes multiple people to finally correct your bill. They write prescriptions wrong then when you call in they tell you, its your responsibility to come back in to be seen again (another office visit charge) rather than the dr fixing their mistake! Stay away!

Absolutely horrible experience. Led by the fact that he has too many students to supervise. He is always late and is one of the most inconsiderate PEOPLE on this planet. Saw him trying to pick a fight with what appeared to be an ex-patient or employee in front of the business. The ex-patient/ employee had to be the bigger person and ignore him. Followed up by the 1:15 minute wait past my appointment time! CONSIDER yourself warned!

If I was reviewing a company based on nothing else but its own merits. I would give Arizona medical clinic. Now taking in consideration that this place is a doctors office among a few other considerations I have rated the 5 stars. I have been coming here for over a year. There is nothing special about this place. But when I come things go smoothly. I pay my deductible, see my doctor and leave with what I need.

Completely excellent! Everyone is great and helps out. No confusion if you see a different doctor cause they keep google notes. They are all on the same page. They also double check their notes before they administer anything to you. We always have a great experience.

If you are sick with a cold or strep throat or something Im sure this is a great place to go but if you need help with ADHD ,pain medication or anxiety medication they will not help you but the doctor was kind enough to refund my money and she was nice to me.
