Okay. I dont hate this clinic or anything. But I am going to tell the very truth as a customer. This clinic look quite descent with good quality customer service and everything at first. But, when it comes to professionalism it is at its worst. . The doctors there have no concern for the patients at all plus they are a little arrogant. Its you who have to call in to ask if you can make another appointment for a follow up. They dont even call you to come in to see the results. Plus, they dont give you a copy of the results unless you ask for it. Sometimes, its obvious that they are not passionate with their work especially the doctors. They just want to skim the patients with no real concern at all. Overall, it is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever seen in my life. It took them forever to send the fax. They mix up your documents and even loose them. If you ever go in the clinic in order to do disability claim or get medical records or any other stuffs that need their cooperation. Dont ever go to this clinic!!! I usually dont write any bad review, I have been very patient and did my best to be clam with this clinic. But now they had reach the limit. I am going to avoid this kind of clinic as possible as I can in the future. You can never reach your doctor directly by phone or e-mail. And youll get hanged up on calls PS: Which clinic would tell a patient NOT to come in the last minute of appointment?

Ok this review is about the staff, facility, and Dr. Ortiz. Dr. Eaton is awesome and gets five stars. The rest of this is about everyone else. Facility is not super clean, bathroom is horrifying. The area where the nurses do the "intake" is not private, so anyone walking around or in the other intake area can hear all of your medical info. Dr. Ortiz is the second worst doctor I have ever seen. (first being Dr.Theresa Lanier). He was supposed to go over my test results but instead started on a huge shpiel on how my migraines are not treatable. Then after 20 minutes of that he went on about how immigrants are ruining the country, that doctors trained outside the US are idiots, and how horrible Obama is. The nurse in thr room brought up that Dr. Ortizs family is immigrants, which he ignored. No one in the office is "white" and almost all of the patients arent either, so what the hell? Hes a jerk. I wouldnt even keep going here if it wasnt for dr. eaton

We got in and out quickly all concerns where addressed and we where appropriately educated on how and what needed to be done as far as the problem on hand and how to resolve it.Also I was able to make a appointment On Zocdoc wich was very convient the recpionest/secreterys not sure what to call them are very friendly and helpful the clinic was clean and smelled great and so fresh also they accept walk ins and no insurance was expecting a high co pay but 75 dollars is reasonable without insurance with insurance im sure much less or if lucky no copay

Took my son there. He was throwing up and needed t be seen right away. They saw him within 2 hours of the call. Place was clean and neat. The female doctor was caring and asked a lot of questions. My son felt at ease. They had a pharmacy next door and we got his medicines within 10 minutes. Our whole family goes there now, we like the place.

This is the worst clinic in Phoenix , customer service rude and waiting for at least 3 hours to be see by a rude physician. So dirty and smell like sh.... Im looking for another family doctor for my family . My honest advise dont go to this clinic!! If you want go there and see !

Its not. Free $75.00 upfront. Before you can. BE. Seen. Plus. Medicine. Prescription. Etc. Other. THan That theres a lot of people. Wow everyone. Seems to like it. Staff. Friendly. And. Helpful. Just have to. HAve. Money or insurance. I didnt have. Either. So I looking. Elsewhere
