Horrible place. From the moment I called to make the appt, the desk people told me they take cash check or debit. Being as my family has one debit card, my husband needed it and I figured no big deal, Ill take a check. No, they do not. Which I suppose most places do not take checks, but dont tell me you do when you do not. Then she charges me (I was a cash patient) the lesser amount. Then calls me back and says "oops I forgot to charge you the new patient fee which is 10 dollars more." ?? Then I get back to the dr, who do NOT come here if you have a child that needs to be seen!!!! They will send you right to Mendys Place, as they are apparently not allowed to tell you if your child has a virus or not. They apparently can only do strept tests and that was about it. Of course I was worried because my kids do not get sick often.This dr. was not allowed to tell me that. She instead tells me he looks "Extremely dehydrated " - her exact words. and to go to Mendys Place so he can get IV fluids. It was a simple virus- I was told AFTER going to Mendys place, and paying hundreds of dollars, a virus lasts 7-10 days. Mendys place literally just looked at my son, and said No, hes not dehyrated- you would be able to tell from JUST looking at him, and that a fever and headache for 3 days sounds like a VIRUS. so if he is not better in 7-10 days please come back here or go to your pediatrician. They told me they get lots of patients like this from urgent cares- or as med. choice calls themselves- a "walk in family practice", that sends patients their way. To me- that does not sound like those places have competent drs. I dont know if this place has strict policy or what, but I would expect a dr. to be real with me. You know I am a cash pay, tell me what you really think without sending me to a Hospital unless my child truly needs a hospital! It doesnt matter how old my child is. So lesson learned. Do not come here if you have a sick child!

Choice Medical Walk-in has failed in writing referrals to specialists on numerous occasions with several members of my family. Each time this has caused my insurance company to decline payment to those specialists and has taken me many hours to resolve. I just recently paid a $300 bill, which I otherwise was insured for, because the problem could not be resolved in ten months. When trying to work with members of their staff to correct numerous referrals I have had to deal with poor internal communication, incompetence, inability to speak with the person who makes the corrections and some sassy attitudes. In all likelihood, at some point you will face the same obstacles.

Wonderful staff at the Anthem office. We have been very pleased with the professionalism of Choice Medical, especially with Dr. Foy, Veronica Fox, Nurse Practitioner, and Dr. Willden. The Medical Tech (forgot her name - blonde lady, so nice), front desk, and the entire staff are friendly and efficient. You can walk in, but we often make an appointment so we can see the practitioner we prefer. As a woman, I cant speak highly enough of Ronnie Fox as my practitioner. She is amazing. Good medical care at this practice plus convenience of walk-in service.

They misinformed us more than once (On a medical condition that turned into needing a specialist immediately! Arent you people in the freaking medical field!?), they never answer their phones or return your calls, and last time we went... the secretary was in her Victorias Secret pajamas............................. But hey. At least you can walk-in.

Horrible people who have problems telling the truth or following through on promises. Their negligence caused my husband to lose his disability benefits and he nearly had a heart attack due to the stress they caused.I would not recommend them for a dog, let along human beings.

Awful experience. They wouldnt help me and gave me some lame excuse as to why they wouldnt help me. I paid my co-pay and received no treatment. Plus, I waited over an hour before I saw someone.
