I was a walk in and asked for the $29 session I saw on the window. I knew it was a scam when the front desk associate dismissed my request and began lecturing me about chiropractic care. She stated that the price in the window is how much my visits would be if I bought the premium package. Whats more is that the chiropractor at that location showed less customer service. With every chiropractic package expiring within a month and not after the visits are used, its not worth it for a person with a busy schedule. The reason I give only 1 star is because rather than empathizing with me, the front desk associate began to lecture me on how I couldnt cancel my "membership" until I paid for another package. Yes, you automatically get locked into a membership once you pay for a package. If you dont personally walk in to cancel, your credit card is billed every month till you do so. Also, you will not be allowed to cancel until you pay. This is definitely a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. My advice, hire people that know how to retain customers rather than make you feel like your making some back alley deal. I mean the front desk associate doesnt even take pride in her appearance.

Came in for walk in, front lady was rude and told me to wait and sit down. I waited, she handed me forms to fill out. I filled them out, then waited, and waited, and more customers came in the door and got attended before me. It was almost an hour before I finally get attended and didnt even address my discomfort I disclosed on the forms. Without good customer service, this place is done.. Cant recommend it with rude customer service.

They do not give you enough information when sinning up the membership. HEADS UP! They will have to charge you twice before even canceling the membership. They did not disclose that with me. They just say you can cancel any time "no fee" but didnt mention you they have to charge you twice! Best advice is to go somewhere else!

Sat there for over 40 minutes, mind you, I had an appointment, as I sat there I heard the same "Dr recommendations" of wanting to see the patient 4x.... just so happens to be the amount their cult plan offers.. No thank u! I left!

I was having really bad back pain and sciatic pain. I came in for an alignment and felt better immediately. Part of my pain turned out to be my left hip being out of alignment. Loved it. Quick and easy and felt better instantly.
