Dr. Jaynes front office staff and hygienists are terrific with my kids, and very personable. They explain exactly what theyre doing as theyre working, and let the kids know whats coming next. I always book double appointments so both kids can get their cleanings at the same time. Starting this year, the Hygienists schedule the next appointment while you are with them in the back. Scheduling cleanings six months in advance is best if you have a particular time/day you need for each visit like we do. You can even request your favorite Hygienist! Dr. Jaynes checks the kids before we leave, and reviews anything he sees thats going on with their little changing mouths. The front office files insurance for you, and has billing info ready for you at check-out. Very easy. Were always in and out in less than an hour. Cant ask for service better than that! We love this place!

My boys had their first dental visit today, one is 3 and the other is 5 years old. my feedback in one sentence: I wish I was young enough to go to Dr. Jeffs office! The whole experience was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so professional, patient and loving. They created a trust relationship with my boys from the very beginning. We love all the ladies there! The office is so creatively designed to inspire children of all ages. Today, their office was decorated for Halloween and it looked like a place from the kids Halloween books, full of imagination and creativity. Last but not least, Dr. Jeff has a kind and cheerful personality and kids felt very comfortable with him. My oldest son was inspired by Dr. Jeffs suggestions and decided to say no to candy at school today! You gotta love that! Thank you for a fantastic first experience!

Our family has been going to Dr. Jaynes for 16 years. We are very pleased with his services. His Staff is excellent; so friendly and welcoming. Todays visit went well. My child was not thrilled to have a cavity filled and was a bit anxious. The sweet dental assistant talked us through the entire procedure, making sure we knew what was going to happen. Dr. Jaynes was so professional and the procedure went well.

From the moment I called to set up our consultation until we left the office today - the staff has been friendly and helpful. The office is immaculate and comfortable. My son is quite nervous at the dentist. We were referred to Dr. Jeff by our regular dentist and when we left today - he said, "that was actually kinda fun!" Weve definitely found our new dentist.

My daughter LOVES Dr. Jeff and his staff. She is only 6 years old and had to get a filling today. I could tell she was super comfortable with the entire procedure because of how gentle and detailed they were. I highly recommend them!!!
