In the fall of 2015 I received a business card for Clear Choice Chiropractic from a dear friend. I called & questioned whether my insurance would cover the expense. I was told to come in and my insurance card would be submitted for payment. To my surprise my co-payment is half the amount I pay for specialists. I have been a patient of the main neurologist office in Ft Wayne IN since 2008. Their Spine Machine is not covered under my insurances past or present. I also visited the Bush Clinic in 2011 and found out that most insurance’s do not cover their DRS Protocol Spinal treatment, mine included. The treatments I have received at Clear Choice Chiropractic mostly through Dr. Couch (manipulation and spinal decompression), have been the best treatment and natural at that. After 3 weeks I was able to walk and lay down without excruciating pain. After 8 months of visiting Clear Choice Chiropractic in Portland Indiana, I am in the least amount of pain since the auto accident in April of 2008. My gate has improved through helping my hips and feet become closer to being level again. As long as I can afford treatment, I will continue to be a patient at Clear Choice Chiropractic in Portland. I have made more than a few recommendations, one I am taking with me 4/13/2016. A 45 minute drive on mostly 2 lane highway is worth the trip. Carla J Mattingly

Amazing chiropractor! And he is personable and really cares! My daughter had 8 ear infections within the first 6 months of her life, the doctors just gave her meds and wanted her to get tubes. I didnt want her to have to go through thank you so much of time yahoothat such a young age so I took her to the chiropractor. Needless to say it worked and she hasnt had an ear infection since. She is now 22 months and is doing great stilll contineously seen the chiropractor.

This is the best chiropractic office I have visited! The staff is friendly and patient. The doctors use a variety of techniques to care for their patients, not just the adjustment or treatment style they prefer. They do an excellent job and dont just run you through with standard adjustments. The massage therapists always do an amazing job as well. I always feel so much better after my weekly visit! I love this office! :)

Clear Choice was my first experience with chiropractic care, and is my ONLY choice! The concern for the individual patient and restoring/maintaining optimal health is fabulous. They have helped me to recover much quicker from both a surgery and a broken bone. The minute any of my acquaintances mention back or leg issues, I immediately suggest they get in and see what can be done to help them.

Everyone is friendly and wonderful! I was skeptical at first, but Dr Couch has helped me so much! At the beginning, I couldnt walk from vehicle to house door without back pain. Now Im walking, at least a mile, almost every day. Im still not perfectly pain free, but Im 98% better than I was! Id hate to see, where Id be today, if I hadnt started going to Clear Choice Chiropractic.

I suffer from sciatica & fibromyalgia. Staying on a monthly maintenance with Clear Chiropractic has helped relieve my pain & discomfort. Thanks to them it keeps my pain controlled. If I happen to have a flare up they can usually get me in the same day, if not the next morning. Which is very appreciated. I would definitely recommend then to a friend!! :)

Dr Gaerke and Dr Couch are both warm yet professional, kind and incredibly thorough in their care for me and my family. Massage therapists Jeff Stephen and Dawn are both excellent as well. Melissa at front desk and other staff are always pleasant and take the time to make sure your encounter is a good one. Would recommend to anyone!

The girls at the front are awesome! Theyre really friendly and go out of their way to serve you. Doctor Gerike gives a thorough exam. I come every two weeks and get a massage from Jeff, his massages are better than any pill I can take. I would would recommend Clear Choice Chiropractic to everyone!

Been visiting Dr. Gaerke and staff for several years now whenever I get a stiff achy neck or back or headache. He does a very thorough adjustment that usually has me feeling much better very quickly. Id be an uncomfortable, painful, stiff mess without chiropractic care and massages from them!

I would recommend Jeff Stephen as a highly qualified massage therapist. He gives a very good therapeutic massage, but is certified in many other areas. It works miracles when I have an adjustment and then a massage. Everyone should try it!
