These guys are amazing. Both of my girls have been adjusted their whole lives by Dr. Shelby. Once when Dr. Shelby wasnt available, they saw Dr. Teifke and loved him too! My oldest daughter couldnt turn her head to the left after she was born. We had a bit of trouble with her not wanting to nurse and Dr. Shelby saw her - what a relief! She was able to turn her head immediately to both sides and no problem nursing and thriving after that. It didnt even seem like he did anything drastic. He just did a little motion with his fingertips and was done! It was really incredible. I have seen a different chiropractor several times, who is closer to where we live. It was more convenient, but I ended up being disappointed because my body felt like it was not fixed. I still had pain. At Principled Chiropractic, they want to be sure you are doing better than you were before they send you off. We also had a car accident a few years ago with me, my husband and oldest daughter (who was 2 at the time) in the car. We were hit from the side by a car pulling out onto a main road and he didnt see us. Our car was spun around the opposite direction from where we had been going. We were all in pain, which increased as the days went by. (My daughter kept crying and nothing seemed to help.) Coming to Principled Chiropractic once a week for about 6 weeks gave us all relief and helped out our bodies back in alignment. I have since spoken to people who had been in car accidents and have a bad back or constant headaches as a result. Im happy to say that we are fortunate enough to have known about Principled Chiropractic. I cant thank them enough!

My husband started coming to see Dr. Mike and Dr. Shelby January of this year and my mother started coming to see Dr. Mike and Dr. Shelby February of this year these two wonderful Chiropractors they helped both my husband and mother out with there problems and Im so very happy for that both my mom and husband have been wanting me to come see them as well but in May of this year me and my husband were in an auto accident this accident sent my husbands process backwards he was in pain he couldnt focus at work and he couldnt sleep at night plus i myself were having trouble focusing at work,,sleep at night and my neck and back were hurting me. Me and husband started coming to see Dr. Mike and Dr. Shelby (this being my first time very in my life seeing a chiropractor) and i have to say these two Drs are awesome they are getting me my husband and mother back in order they are owr MIRACLE DOCTOR"S the STAFF is AMAZING i so in joy coming here. My mother had a stroke year half ago she has to walk with a cane but ever since she started coming to see Dr. Mike and Dr. Shelby Ive see a big change in the way she walks and get around her house Im so blessed to have found this wonderful office and the awesome Docs and staff without them all me my husband and mother would be miserable. P.S. Thank you so much in what you all do for very one that comes to see you very day God Bless all of you. I so highly recommend coming to Principled Chiropractic.

I prolonged care until my back got to the point that I had to try and pop it myself to just be able to lay down. I went in to see Dr. Mike and was instantly greeted by a extremely helpful and cheery staff. Dr. Mike was able to examine my x-rays and develope a plan special to my needs to get me back to feeling myself again. I was fully confident that I would be able to lay down pain free, but I wasnt expecting the relief of being able to sit all day at work without pain let alone being able to be rid of my frequent headaches. I am more than grateful for what the team at Principled Chiropractic has been able to do for me. I just planned out my maintenance for the rest of the year so I know that I never have to suffer from that pain again. Pain free, more mobility, and less medication is what they were able to do for me and Im truly grateful. I have already refered others, including my own mother, knowing that they too will find relief. I truly encourage anyone who has any issues whether it be neck pain, back pain, or even frequent headaches, to see how the team might be able to turn your life around like they did mine. Dr. Scott Shelby is my chiropractor for life. Most of my life Ive had lower back pain. Ive seen 3 other chiropractors before finding Dr. Shelby. After x-rays all of them told me I have one leg longer than the other. The other 3 docs said to come in 3 times a week for adjusting. Dr. Shelby handed me a heel lift to wear to help my back. And he only wanted $5 for it!! With God as my witness, this thing WORKS!! Its about 15 years now that Ive worn the heel lift. There are times when I go barefoot (in the mornings at home, vacations, etc.) the pain comes on but goes away after I put on shoes and walk a little with my hips aligned correctly. I highly recommend Dr. Shelby and his team. Theres no doubt hes a "Principled " chiropractor. (pun intended) ;)

I chose Principled Chiropractic from a friend referral. So glad I did!! They took the time to show me and explain to me the source of my discomfort. Both Dr. Mike and Dr. Shelby continue to update their education to give the best care possible....And they do! I received relief from my very first adjustment. Dr. Mike has also motivated me to take an interest in my overall health and diet. They sincerely want patients to make progress in improving their well being. I am a nurse and I was a skeptic....but pain made me try this rather than using narcotics all the time in order to function. I have what I called "old nurse back"...I was waking up in the middle of night with both hands numb and tingling...and I was having low back pain that radiated down my right hip all the way to my foot. When I laid on the table the first treatment, one leg was longer than the other. After 3 manipulations, I sleep without my hands going "to sleep" and my legs are almost equal in length on the table! I still have pain, but it is improving and I believe it will improve with time. Thank you, Dr Mke!

I began being treated by Dr. Mike Teifke in October of 2015 and since then have also been treated by Dr. Scott Shelby.I came in with horrible low back pain from standing on my feet all day long and hip issues due to pregnancy. By following the treatment plan Dr. Mike set up for me, I am no longer in pain!!!! Both of them are amazing at what they do and I can honestly say, I have not felt this good in a long time. I would highly recommend that anyone who has any issues with their back, neck, hips or body in general give the office a call and let the docs and the top notch staff make you feel like a whole new person.
