I brought my daughter here a few months ago & I was COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. Staff was horribly rude. As i walked in the door the receptionist had her head down , never addressed me or anything. So I say, hello im here for my daughters appointment, she looked at me and said sign in, RUDE. As im sittimg down im thinking to myself, ok my babys a new patient, wouldnt i have to fill a bunch of paper work out.? I go to the receptionist and ask, she says, yes I need your insurance , I.D card and fill this out. ARE YOU SERIOUS. So I decided I was going to go ahead and stay but I will complain to the dentist he was walking towards me and as I stood to talk with him, he looked at me and continued to walk on by. I couldnt believe it. I got my kids and left. On top of that the place didnt look as clean as I would have liked it.

This place is very unprofessional. The front desk manager Myra is very rude as well as the other lady in the front desk. Both ladies do not know how to handle customers. They treat them with disrespect and if you get them upset they hang up on you. The dentist himself is great but his staff really need improvement. Untill then this office is going to be considered one of the worse offices in Lodi. Removed my children from this place after years of going here just because of the unprofessionalism of his staff.

Dr. Dinh and his staff are very unprofessional. Doesnt allow parents in with minor children. Doesnt follow up with orthodontist instructions. Horrible bed side manner. Does not do well with children. Dont expect any smiles from this dentist.

The Dentist is awesome. I got many fillings and a few teeth pulled. He is a flippen rock star in my book lol. And you dont have to wait two months like western dental. You will get seen on the same week, next week guaranteed.

Horrible dentist!! Very unprofessional, horrible bed side manners, unpleasant environment. Stay away from this guy!! Especially when it comes to extractions.
