Dr Isbell and her well-trained staff are an absolute breath of fresh air. Even those who hate visiting the dentist, will feel relaxed and well taken care of during each visit. Dr Isbell is extremely knowledgeable in the most up-to-date and advanced neuromuscular dental techniques. I suffered from chronic migraines, severe neck and TMJ pain, and sleep apnea. Through series of incremental adjustments to my misaligned bite and an eventual permanent complete bite restoration with porcelain veneers, my symptoms have improved dramatically. My sleep apnea have resolved and I no longer have to use a dreaded CPAP machine at night, just a comfortable mouthpiece. Plus my smile is stunning and Ive received many complements. Over the years, Ive tried just about all possible therapies and visited many top specialists at places like Stanford and UCSF to help my chronic migraines and neck/TMJ pain. I never would have guessed that great physiological dental care would address my problems so effectively. I could not recommend Dr Isbell and her terrific staff any more highly. If you suffer from migraines and similar issues, you owe yourself to see how she can help.

This should actually be negative stars but that was not an option. Please, PLEASE do not take your family here. I am currently in the process redoing thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of work that was done incorrectly. I am at risk of losing another tooth because of a very poorly made and fitted crown which can only be replaced by a very expensive implant. To add insult to injury even the simple white fillings that she had done for myself and one of my children have all needed to be replaced less than a year after the original work was done because that work was also faulty. I spent an obscene amount of money and endured Dr. Isbells very (very) rude front office staff because I bought into the "cutting edge" education and technology that she promised. Unfortunately, while working through all of the problems I have had since she did the work Ive heard of at least four other people in a very similar situation. There are much better and reputable dentists out there. I would not wish this kind of financial and emotional devastation upon anyone.

Terrible experience with this Dentist whom I was professionally referred to. Over-priced and under-delivered. Promised me help & went back on her word regarding treatment & actually sent me a certified letter terminating dental services; charged me $3,000 for an orthotic bite guard that I was informed later by another Dentist in the area that charges $200 for a like product & service. Asked several times for account balance information during office visits resulting negatively; continual poor service from the upfront person accompanied with attitude while in the office & rudeness on the phone to my family. Scheduled service on cracked teeth and took in certified funds to pay for it, result: refusal of dental services. Although the above may not apply to another persons experience at this office in Auburn, it is simply my experience in 2012 & 2013 and is not intended for any other purpose except informational which is the nature of a review itself.

This has been my families best dental experience hands down... Dr Isbells office is just beautiful and so comfortable it doesnt have that unpleasant dental office feel. It feels like youre visiting a spa instead of a stuffy dental office. Im also very impressed how clean its kept. She has a great friendly staff that has always made me feel comfortable and cared for. Both my daughters just love Dr Isbell one of which is terrified of anyone in a white coat due to traumatic medical experiences in the past. When my daughter needed extensive work done Dr Isbell was so loving, caring and calm that my daughter was actually able to have the procedures done without sedation. And to top that off Dr Isbell actually went outside and blew bubbles with her after! I would give this office 10 stars if I could! Love love this office.

Dr. Isbell and her office staff treat me very well. Dr. Isbell has done fillings, made a sleep appliance for my sleep apnea and has whitened my teeth. She uses a special "wand" thingie to numb me instead of the traditional syringe. When I moved to Grass Valley last June, I specifically sought out a dentist who used the wand (my former dentist used one) because it is painless. Not only are the procedures pain and stress-free, the office is very pleasant and relaxing. Although there are many dentists who are closer to my house, I will always go to Dr. Isbell because she is such an exceptional dentist. I would give her and her staff 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Dr. Isbell!

I have been a patient of Dr Isbell for the past 4 years now. Her staff and her office make you feel welcome and comfortable. Before I became a patient of hers I was scared to death to visit the dentist. I had a mishap when I had an altercation with a heavy wood door and ended up knocking one of my top front teeth totally out. I gave Dr Isbell and she was able to get me in and get a replacement in no time. I highly recommend Dr Isbell to everyone, she will make you want to smile again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Isbell for almost two years. I am very happy with her and her staff. They are professional, personable and efficient. My hygienist was voted Best of the Best in 2015 and she is! Friendly, fast, thorough and attentive to my needs. Dr. Isbell treats her staff like family but makes sure they are up-to-date on the most current dental care techniques with regular training. I would recommend Dr. Isbell to my friends and family!

Ive been going to Dr. Isbells office for over 6 years now. I first went to see her when I wanted Invisalign braces when graduating from college. Ive been so happy with my dental care and love the results I had with the Invisalign braces. My husband is also a patient now and Dr. Isbell gave him the most beautiful smile with 10 veneers just in time for our wedding. The level of care and compassion at this office cant be matched.

Dr. Isbell doesnt know it yet, but if I move she does too :-) The office is beautiful and comfortable. Staff are all amazing! I have TMJ and Dr. Isbell is well trained on managing TMJ and just yesterday got all the muscles under control in my neck that cause the TMJ. I feel like a different person today. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Isbell- you are a person to her and her staff, not a patient.
