I was looking at the reviews for this dentist I was getting really nervous about coming here. This office is the only office in town that takes my insurance and could fit me in as a priority since I had an emergency. BUT I dont see how theres so many bad reviews. This is by far one of the best dental offices Ive been to in a while. Everyone here is kind and sweet. When they greet you, it is a warm welcoming. I needed two teeth pulled immediately & Dr. Negom tried saving at least one of them, but unfortunately the was that one of them grew in caused both of them to be taken out. He kept it completely honest with me and gave me options on what I could or what I would want to do. I went with the option of getting a bridge placed instead of implants because it was more cost effective & let me tell you, I dont regret my decision at all. Dr. Negom was very caring when he was working on my mouth. At the sense of feeling any pain he made sure I was okay & if needed, he would apply more local anesthetic. The assistant was very informative on what I could or could not eat until my bridge came in and told me if I had any more questions or concerns to not hesitate to give them a call! I am truly happy with the bridge and happy to finally receive a great experience at this dental office. I will for sure be going back to Dr. Negom for the rest of my procedures and cleanings!

This place was awful! I made my apt two weeks in advance and they waited until an hour before to tell me I had insurance issues that needed to be resolved. Obviously thats not enough notice for an insurance agency to make changes. Secondly, I was there for a simple cleaning and the woman made it SO painful. I have NEVER had it be THAT painful. Worst of all I only saw the doctor for 10 seconds while he asked if I had any medical problems. He never even looked at my teeth! And when I declined x-rays (it was just a cleaning why did I need x-rays) they were rude about it and later I found out they wouldnt have been covered on my insurance. They were trying to talk me into x-rays that would have been expensive and unnecessary. AND because I denied x-rays the doctor refused to see me. We had to go between a nurse for 15 mins because he couldnt even walk into my room? Its not like he had any other clients, I was the only one there the ENTIRE time. No wonder he has no clients, hes awful and so are the "nurses" (have no idea what they are but they dont strike me as educated or well/properly trained)

One word describes it. HORRIBLE!!! They are the most rude people I have ever known. The teeth cleaning was extremely painful and when you tell the "dentist". he says that is the only way he knows how to do it..WHAT!!!?? HOW INCOMPETENT IS THAT! Guess teeth cleaning is supposed to hurt ALOT! And when you complain to insurance about the incident, Negom kicks you out and says they want you to go somewhere else. Like I had a choice. I didnt even pick him in the first place, the insurance did!!! Talk about blackmail. You would think he would be considerate of hius patients which he is getting paid for whether they come or not. What a racket. Wish I could get paid for not doing my job. He was rude and so was his receptionist or whatever that person was at the desk. Do not go there unless you pay in cash.

I had my teeth cleaned four times over two years. Each experience was pleasant and I felt I received professional service. The staff was friendly and communicated well. Dr. Negron looked at my teeth after each cleaning, asked a few questions, made a comment or two. He was friendly but I did not need his services for anything other than the cleaning. I used my dental insurance with no problems or issues. The office is modern, clean and the staff is efficient. I showed up on time for my appointments and never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.

I needed quite a bit of work done & Dr. Nagom explained everything to me, very compassionate and caring. Everything went good and I was very happy and impressed. The staff, Monica Cindy and Christina were awesome, they went above and beyond to make me comfortable, very friendly. I never had to wait to long.

Worthless looser,, I should have sued this guy for malpractice when he broke my jaw. I hope if any of you out there are hurt by this man dont make the same mistake I did and let him get away with it. there should be a class action lawsuit against him

This guy is a hack he permanently damaged my jaw... to this day my jaw and the muscles and ligaments around it snap and pop this guy should not have his dental license taken away. Worthless dentist do not go anywhere near this place

This guy is a hack he actually broke my jaw he should have his license revoked and sued but his patience and I dont know who are these people giving you good reviews but Im sure you paid them a pretty penny to do it

The worst dentist ever seen in my life. This guy is even not qualified for being a dentist. He doesnt consider Cencal as a health insurance company and call it Gov AID. DDS is there to deceive and get your money.

Went in because i had a tooth ache that was causing me sooo much pain.I was afraid my tooth had to get removed. Dr. Was able to save my tooth. I will be coming back To this office everyone is very friendly and nice

I have delta dental insurance and they reffered me to dr negom, i went for a cleaning. It had been 6 years since i had my teeth cleaned. They did an amazing job and it was painless. Will be back in 6 months.
