I have been a patient with New Falls Dental for several years. For about 2 years they did not accept my insurance and I had to change insurance plans to one that they would accept. New Falls treats you like a person, you dont feel like a number, which is how I felt the 2 years I was not with them. They engage you in conversation and the staff does not treat you like they are cold and distant. They are very accommodating to your time and will work with you to fit you in a time slot.

I have been coming here for 6 years and today was the first day I said I still never come back. The dental authorization person Wanda, when trying to get answers was so disrespectful. When trying to get answers on submitting dental information she gave me the run around, proceeded to yell and contradict herself. As much as I like the dentist and convenience to my home, if this is the type of people/service they allow to deal with clients I will not be back.

Lindsey, Denice and Wanda were incredibly friendly and welcoming to a person who had a previous poor experience at another office. Lindsey was thorough, gentle and professional. Dr. Irukulla was nice and helped me through all my questions. Great people and great environment. Highly recommended.

Very accommodating with scheduling. Everyone who worked with me was pleasant and competent. Everything was explained as we went, and any out-of-pocket expenses were openly addressed, so there are no surprises later. Nothing fancy, but a nice practice.
