These guys are the best. On my last visit 08/29/2016, I was seen by Dr. Alexander. She was wonderful, patient, kind and honest. I have an extraordinary fear of dental visits. I generally, not always but generally have to get the "gas" in order to make it through the visit. Well for my check up a month ago I became concerned that the gas could be fatal. I went on and accepted it anyway because I felt foolish for even thinking that. I was however very grateful when I survived the visit. Then on my last visit I became more certain that this visit could possibly be fatal and I didnt know what to do. I wanted to flee but they had tied me down in the chair already! Well, not really but it felt like I was tied down. So, Im sitting there just a little teary eyed already when Dr. Alexander comes in. She hands me a tissue and asked whats wrong. I mentioned a thing or two as I continued to become agitated. She persisted in finding out what was truly bothering me and I finally and reluctantly confessed that I was concerned (thats putting it mildly) that I may die from the gas. She explained how the gas machine worked and the fail safe mechanism installed on the machine. I was able to continue with the exam. Whew, sudden death avoided once again.

I was so glad that I chose Sarubin Dental to be my new dentist. EVERYONE, from the front desk associates to the dentists, were so wonderful, kind, professional, and comforting. Expect the best because that is what you are going to get! Dr. Danny diagnosed me with a problem that could have cost me my life! What more can you say about that? My prior dentist did not diagnose an abscess on the x-ray and it had spread. It was painless, and I was unaware of this problem. The care and time explaining the procedure was more than any other medical professional ever gave me. My husband commented as that everyone in Maryland should use this dental group, even if they have a long drive! I will be singing the praises of this group for the rest of my life! Thanks you everyone!

Strongly recommend Sarubin Family Dental Associates for any dental work. My wife & I have been patients of this firm for over 30 years, and now still drive 45 minutes to get to them. Dr. Danny is our present primary dentist, but we have been treated over a 30 + year period by each of the family of dentists, and they all have been outstanding professionals. All dental work is of the top quality, using state-of-the art equipment. Everybody working for this firm is a professional in their specific field who treats you as family. We have recommended many friends who were having problems with their dentists, and all of them are now using the Sarubin Family, and are ecstatic with their dental service and costs.

I found Dr. Sarubin Family Dental Associates after a few hours of research online, based on good reviews, availability of Saturdays’ appointments, and specialties in variety of dental procedures. I am a very happy and pleased with their work. I had so many dental procedures and didn’t want to go to different specialists for each of them. Dr. Todd Sarubin, in the first appointment walked me through all my oral condition and in one Saturday appointment took care of my root canal and implant, with excellent quality and care. His staffs are very friendly and took care of all my insurance procedures as well. I strongly recommend Dr. Todd and his staff.

In the 30 plus years I have been a patient with Sarubin Family Dental my experience has been excellent. My most recent experience was a blip in that record which I guess isnt bad all things considered. The problem started with being told that my appointment had been made too early for follow-up to a recent procedure. Fortunately, my personal record proved otherwise and my treatment was completed. I had been quoted the cost of the appointment when the appointment was made. However, upon checkout I was told the quoted cost did not include the physician fee. Both of these situations are unusual for this practice but I understand errors can occur.

I have had the pleasure of working with Todd Sarubin and the wonderful staff at Sarubin Family Dental for over 30 years. I was a dental phobic patient when we first met, but Todd has taken such excellent care of me that going to the dentist is not a problem for me. He always treats me as a person first and is very interested in my total health and wellness. I can always count on Sarah, Tabitha and the rest of the staff to answer all of my questions and get me a prompt appointment. The new office is gorgeous and very patient oriented.

Awkward rating my dental experience as 5 stars since it is what it is....HOWEVER, I have been many places and will never find a better dental experience than here. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Todd is always aware of and sensitive to my needs and fears. Crazy to say, but I love this place! Will obviously be returning in the near future...but without fear and knowing that I am listened to and well take care of....Highly recommend to anyone!

This is Joshuas mother and our experience went well just as it did in the past. There was one complaint and that was in the billing area. I was told I had to pay an amount different from my last visit and I even had the amount written down in my notes. I wasnt too happy when I was told something entirely different, particularly for out-of-pocket expenses. Also, there is no privacy in that area so the conversation seems to be among other patients in the waiting area.

I was very nervous about the needles for my procedure, but was informed that the laughing gas was an option. I was glad for that but opted out because I hate things over my nose when Im lying down. My gums were numbed w/a swab so that the needle was not felt as much. Dr Todd and his assistant made me feel comfortable with music from an Ipod while they worked on rebuilding my broken tooth. I have to say my overall experience was very good. Thanks so much. Gloria P.

I have been with this dental practice along with my children for over 22 years. I see Dr. Todd most of the time, but all of the dentists, hygienists and staff are so kind, professional and thorough. When I am nervous for certain procedures, Dr. Todd and his staff do their very best to explain the process, make me feel at ease, and avoid pain. Every time I come in, the experience is a pleasant one. I had a different hygienist clean my teeth this time and the service was still excellent and I was given to some new and useful advice on my dental care. However, didnt appreciate finding out that insurance would not cover the procedure I had done, and I wasnt told until after the work was done. They were aware that insurance didnt cover this procedure and they could have told me beforehand.
