I came in there on a monday morning as an emergency, my lower right jaw was swollen, though i was already on amoxcicilin for a few days it still kept swelling more and more, and i was in more than agonizing pain! 1000mg of ibuprofen or 1500mg of tylenol wouldnt give any relieve and on top of that couldnt eat or sleep anymore. i drove 3 hours, because this was the only dentist i could find with an available emergency appointment in the area. also, this was the first time i was experiencing anything like this.... the nurse, i forgot her name, who took my x rays was sweet and very careful, all along she tried to cheer me up, she is perfect at her job! then a man came in, he stopped at the door and just stared at me without saying anything....? turns out he was the doctor. i explained him about the antibiotic and the painkillers i was taking etc, but when he looked in my mouth he was more concerned about taking my wisdom tooth out, which has never bothered me and is pretty much grown out already, and asked me about an implant i have, which works perfect for me, but apparently not in his eyes. again, i am laying there, almost unable to open my mouth and dr. williams is talking about irrelevant stuff going on in my mouth. i wasnt there for a check up, i was there to get relieve! we talked briefly about what tooth is giving me trouble, why it was giving me trouble, which was good to know. my options were getting the tooth pulled or a root canal. a root canal had to be done with a specialist, since it was a molar. then all the sudden i was asked to leave the room into a waiting room to realize that this doctor was already done with me, i got refered straight away to and endodontist, which i had to call myself, and i never got asked, which option i prefererred? i was so desperate, that i said, if i cant get an appointment with the specialist today, just take it out! the office guy said, the doctor wont do anything, because it is too swollen, first the swelling has to go back and then i can come back. understood....but he wouldnt prescribe me any different antibiotic nor any other painkiller!!! so i got sent out crying of desperation without anything, my jaw and throat still swelling. of course the endodontist they referred me to didnt have an appointment available either. this was the shittiest i have ever been treated by a doctor, he didnt even tell me himself, that he is unable to help. at least cut the abscess so it can drain a little or at least prescribe me a different antibiotic or at least help me calling other endodontists in the area, but nobody who could have, seemed to care! after 30 phone calls i did myself sitting in my car i finally found the most awesome endodontist in the world (baltimore/washington endodontists), who took care of me right away and couldnt have done it any better! long story short, if you have an actual dental emergency dont bother going there, you wont get help, dr williams was the worst doctor i have seen in my life. will never go back there ! this is not a bad review about aspen dental, just this particular doctor.

There are no words that could adequately express my gratitude and appreciation to Aspen Dental beginning from the moment I walked through the front door.chantell was at reception and I asked if I could change the date of an upcoming appointment when with warmth and professionalism she advised me that there was an opening in about ten minutes if I could stay. I said yes and that was the beginning of a whirlwind journey of meeting the most amazing staff who made me feel like they had known me forever. Eric as a miracle worker and my hero for the way he handled all of the financial processes. David went beyond the call of duty when he saw how uncomfortable I was with the coldness in the exam room he gave me a lab coat to throw around my shoulders. He was not only kind but very professional and knowledgeable. What can I say about Dr.Webb?! Awesome! Awesome and Awesome! I have lived in Owings Mills for over 30 years and have been a patient of two dental practices all those years. Great traditional offices but we are in a new era and Aspen Dental has created a environment that gives you the same feeling as if you were walking into your favorite coffee shop or cafe. It is warm and welcoming and removes the feeling of trepidation and fear that patients of all ages experience at "The Dentist". That is a remarkable accomplishment. Having undergone a very traumatic experience of loosing my teeth due to long term use of certain medicines, feeling helpless and sad that my 100 watt smile would only show the extent of the damage made me cry. I showed Dr. Webb of what my smile use to look like and without hesitation and much conviction he replied "and it will again" how about next week?. I could not believe it that after two years and thousands of dollars spent in an effort to restore my teeth it was going to become a reality and not cost me $42,000 as one dentist quoted me. I am nearing retirement and there was no way I could afford to spend that much money. The price given to me was affordable and yet still would give me the highest quality products on the market. A lesser price with them does not equal a lesser product. My entire family will soon be patients! My son in law and grandson would rather walk on hot coals then go to the dentist. That will change the minute they walk through the doors.! Ok I know this post is exceptionally long but it is so important to share positive experiences instead of ranting about what is wrong. Kudos to Aspen Dental! You Rock!!!!!!!

I went to Aspen Dental for a routine cleaning and check-up. When I first walked in I knew the experience was going to be different than other dentists Ive attended in the past. Two employees were at the computer at the front desk and both looked up and greeted me with a smile. After filling out my new patient paperwork I was straight into my appointment. Ive never had so many X-Rays before! The X-Ray technician was very kind and patient. She also possessed the same genuine smile that the other employees had and seemed to really care about how I felt. Afterwards, I met with the hygienist and she began checking my gums while my X-Rays were being reviewed. It was the fastest and most painless gum check I ever had! The whole Aspen process was very efficient! Dr. Webb soon came in and introduced himself and began explaining his concerns and suggestions. Any question I had he answered. I had an issue with a cap I had on a tooth and the yellowing over time. Instead of just recommending a veneer, he also suggested I get my teeth whitened first so my new veneer could match perfectly. Next I met with the office manager whom was also very kind. He explained to me what my insurance covered and what I wanted done would cost. He also told me of the different ways to approach the dental work and how to get the work done over time. I really appreciated knowing how much everything was instead of just receiving an unexpected bill at the end of my visit. Not once did I feel pressured into getting additional services. My prophylaxis was also exceptional! I found myself licking my teeth for the next few days just to feel how clean they were. My co-workers even noticed the difference in my smile. I recommend anyone to visit the team at Aspen Dental and Dr. Webb!
