THE HUNT VALLEY DENTAL OFFICE IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE!!! My very first visit with Dr. Rhodes and his wonderful staff ended with a root canal. I am no stranger to root canals. I have had several; everyone of them a nightmare. When Dr. Rhodes said I needed a root canal & that he could do the root canal that morning, I was scared to death; but I put on a brave face and waited for the pain. I warned him that I had had a lot of trouble in the past with numbing the area in which he needed to work. He said not to worry he would check-in often to make sure I was OK (but they all say that and from my experience --THEY ALL LIE). Dr. Rhodes DID NOT LIE. He gave me Novocain and went to finish up with another patient.. Shortly after, he returned and began to work; he checked frequently with me to make sure I was not experiencing any discomfort. The bottom line.. NOT one time did I experience any pain. When Dr. Rhodes said he was done I thought he was joking. He used instruments that helped him complete the root canal in 1/2 the time it usually took. It was like having a simple cavity filled. I left & went to work. Hunt Valley Dental was INCREDIBLE. The office is homey and has all the latest technology. It was Literally the BEST ROOT CANAL EVER!! When have you EVER heard someone say that before?

As a former dental assistant, I have an extremely high critique of dental work. As someone who has had very poor dental work in the past, I felt like giving up hope on ever finding an excellent dentist. For anyone who is looking for skill, compassion, and cutting edge technology, make an appointment! My treatment plan was discussed with me in a very caring and respectful way. His crowns are absolutely stunning, this is the first time I have ever seen crowns that are identical to natural teeth, even in broad daylight. Dr. Rhodes, his lovely chairside assistant and front desk professional absolutely surpassed my expectations. Dont be afraid of dental work, its so easy to be hesitant. The right dentist, the right office and staff make all the difference in the world.

Dr Rhodes has been an amazing, absolutely terrific dentist. Im really skiddish and jumpy and he worked with me and made sure I was comfortable and accommodated with anything I needed. On top of that, hes just extremely professional and trustworthy. His assistant Melissa is just as good!!! Shes so sweet and everyone in the office makes you feel very at home. Reception is great as well. He made some really scary procedures VERY easy and painless. I think one of the only reasons I tried this place out was due to the great reviews, so I wanted to leave my own to encourage others to come here if theyre at all on the fence about choosing a dentist. In short Hunt Valley Dental been pleasurable experience compared to many of my previous choices. The staff is very pleasant and is willing to work with you on and individual basis to improve your dental hygiene. Dr. Rhodes has all the latest and and greatest when it comes to technology to make the experience as pleasurable as possible. They have a vibrating needle for novacaine that makes getting those shots a breeze. Thats just one of many things that Hunt Valley Dental does to make the experience more about patients experience. My dental hygiene has dramatically changed since going there regularly. If you live in the area I would recommend giving them a chance.

Dr Rhodes is highly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I have dental implants so finding an experienced, caring dentist to handle my needs can be a daunting task. Have never experienced any pain during procedures and they do a great job of making you feel as comfortable and relaxed as one can be at the dentist. His assistant Melissa is priceless. Always eases my anxieties and a wonderful individual to talk with. Even though my insurance doesnt have Dr Rhodes as a providing dentist, I still prefer to see him. When my ins. runs out this year, I may look into the insurance his office provides for reduced costs.

Dr Rhodes and staff distinguish themselves as professionals who provide the ultimate in dental care. Both my husband and myself have had extensive work done and the sensitivity and care by which it was delivered made the procedures seem casual. My anxiety was assuaged by the attention paid to me by Dr. Rhodes and his team. Dr Rhodes is not only skilled and attentive - he remains fluent and up to date with tools and technology that render improved care to his patients. Needless to say, we wholeheartedly recommend Dr Rhodes - especially to those sensitive to discomfort like myself.

Dr. Rhodes and the Hunt Valley Dental team are worth the hour-long drive whenever I need dental work. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating to any situation, whether it is scheduling, fear of the dentist, or the fact that you havent been to a dentist in years. This is truly a "judgement free" zone. They are extremely thorough with the work they do and they sure you understand everything that is going on during your visits. Going to the dentist is no longer a dreaded trip as long as you are going to Hunt Valley Dental. They will take excellent care of you.

Dr. Rhodes runs an exceptional office. He takes his time to explain everything that is occurring while working on his patients and is very gentle. He gladly answered all of my questions that I had and I felt very confident when going in for my dental work. His work is spectacular. I had to get a lot of fillings replaced that were from my childhood and it now it looks like I have brand new teeth with out all that ugly silver. He did a great job and I applaud everyone who works at that location. Very considerate and extremely professional. Thanks Dr. Rhodes!

Dr. Rhodes and his staff are amazing! I have been going to this office for about 10 years and every visit they treated me like family. The staff is super thorough and proactive. They NEVER judge you and they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, comfortable, and properly billed. They also work with you if you need to make payment arrangements. You only get 1 set of adult teeth, choose your dentist wisely. One mistake can cause a major headache. I chose Dr. Rhodes and you should too. He WILL take care of your smile!

It is rare for me to give a five star review, but I have to for this place. Doctor, and staff were all kind, helpful, courteous, and believe it or not, quick. I broke a tooth over the weekend, and they fit me in, in the afternoon on the following Monday. The tooth just needed a filling, and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Doc was great at keeping me abreast of all the things that were happening as he was preforming the procedure, and his assistant was present and pleasant the entire time. I have a new dentist!

Dr. Rhodes and his team performed a root canal for me utilizing sedation dentistry. I literally had NO pain or discomfort after the procedure. I even joked that perhaps I had been cheated, since "root canal" is the universal point of reference for unpleasant experiences, and I couldnt even tell it had been done.. I will continue to strongly recommend this group of professionals to anyone needing dental care. Thank you Dr. Rhodes!
