Dr. Nathanson and his team were amazing. I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and they were the last office I called, just before I felt like giving up. I can go on and on with good things to say about this place. Everything from the 1st phone call, to the moment I walked out of the door was a pleasure. First of all, I was a new patient. Before I arrived, I explained that I had a damaged wisdom tooth that I really needed out as soon as possible because I was in pain. Every other office I called, didn’t seem to have the same sense of urgency as I did. From the moment Dr. Nathanson’s office answered the phone, I felt like my needs were as important to them as they were to me. Vicki was very attentive over the phone, and more so in person upon my arrival. She went above and beyond to assist me. Since I was in pain, Dr. Nathanson allowed me to come right in so that he can at least take a look at my tooth to see what could/should be done. Dr. Nathanson was able to do the extraction on the spot in his office and the entire time he talked me through everything. Right away, I felt like I was in good hands and he did not disappoint. Vickie was very open and explained everything to me regarding her role and her background as she was gearing up to assist. A patient feels more comfortable when the providers are open and transparent; and that is exactly what you get when you walk through the doors of Nathanson Dental. I initially only came here for the emergency extraction; however, this place will most certainly be my new (and hopefully my last) dental office. There is nothing that I can think of that could have been done better. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

I received a postcard for a free consult for a sleep apnea/snoring dental device. Dr. Nathanson and his assistant, Kayla, gave me more information than my doctors regarding my options for treatment. Dr. Nathanson was informative, caring, and was primarily interested in serving the needs of his patients. He impressed me with his advice, knowledge, and concern as a fiduciary, He places the care of his patients above his own interests. The staff/office was the most friendly, informative, and progressive that I have previously experienced. Even though I had to wait due to an emergency, Kayla kept me company and provided me with a massage chair that was awesome. The "exit" staff was friendly and very helpful. Leaving with a homemade cookie, I can only say, TRY THIS OFFICE!

I visited Nathanson Dental yesterday for an emergency broken/cracked tooth. I called around lunchtime and was able to be seen by 3 PM. I was treated with the utmost amount of care and consideration. Every single employee was pleasant, helpful and caring. My cleaning was the most thorough I have ever received, and my procedure was flawless. I was a little concerned that I would be in pain once i woke up this morning, but not a single ounce of pain in my mouth this morning. Thank you so much to Dr. Farzin and his team, you made my experience one to brag about and I will certainly be returning!

I must say I was a little apprehensive about going to the dentist for a small chip in my front tooth because of my past experiences with other dentists. I was amazed when I walked through the door and was greeted so warmly by the receptionist. The dental hygenist was phenomenal, very gentle and just Pleasant overall. My dentist Dr. Farzin exceeded my expectations, not only did he explain thoroughly what he was going to do to me but there was no pain involved at all. I found my dental home and Im not leaving. This is the best practice I have ever been to; the staff greet you with a smile when you walk in the door and the office is very clean and bright. Kim always does my cleanings and she is the sweetest and most gentle; she always makes sure I have enough water, Im comfortable, etc. Dr. Nathanson is extremely professional, diligent and competent. He thoroughly explains exactly what hes doing, the equipment hes using, and is up-to-date on the latest evidence-based-practice and technology. Plus, they have fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!

Dr. Nathanson is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. His chair side manner is fantastic. From the moment you walk in the girls at the front desk make you feel at home.I used to hate going to the dentist I would cry in the chair. He makes you feel comfortable and lets you know exactly what he is doing. His assistant Sabrina is the best. They actually make me love going to the dentist. I recommend Dr. Nathanson to everyone I will never go anywhere else

I just returned from my regular cleaning and had a very positive experience. My hygienist, Kim, is the absolute best!! She is always checking to make sure that I am comfortable. Kim also takes the time to offer tips for improving my self care in between visits. Dr. Nathansons exam was thorough and he explained every detail of the exam. He has a very reassuring way of speaking.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Each employee goes the extra mile to make you feel important. I have had cleanings, fillings and a crown done by Dr. Nathanson and have always felt comfortable throughout all the procedures. All my questions are answered and I have even been able to get last minute appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Nathanson and his staff!

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Dr. Nathanson. I had laser gum contouring and I ended up with the same smile I walked in the door with. After spending over $1,000 at this place I can honestly say it was a waste. Find a Dr. who isnt just in it to rip you off but one who cares that you receive great results. I also feel like the Dentist was racist. Beware.

Ive been to many dentists and Dr. Nathanson and his staff are by far the best Ive ever been to. Dr. Nathanson goes out of his way to assist his patients in any way he can in order to make their visit the most pleasant, safest and productive dental consultation theyll ever have. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Nathanson to anyone, especially if they have children.

Nathanson dental provides excellent, customized service. It is rare to find a dental office that is SO patient centric. Dr. Nathanson actually calls each patient individually before and after each appointment to be sure that there are no questions or concerns. Appointments take a little longer than at other offices Ive been to, but overall: worth the wait!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Nathanson ever since I moved to Timonium and I cant recommend his office enough. The staff and the good doctor himself are some of the friendliest people Ive ever encountered in the medical/dental industry, from helping me with insurance problems to recommending helpful products, they are very good at what they do.

Everything from start to finish was completely fantastic! The ambiance is impeccable and the staff is extremely personable. Personally I dont know much about dental work, but they were able to thoroughly explain to me what work needed to be done! I work with people all the time, and I can humbly say these are good people!
