Absolutely fabulous care from the doctor and staff. I was visiting my mother in my hometown of Tampa when I came down sick with a high fever one night, so two days later I went to Fast Track Urgent Care Center on Gandy Blvd. and received the best care Ive had in years, honestly! Im 59, and it was the first time in a long time that a doctor actually took the time to really stop, look me in the eye, truly listen to what I had to say, and then try to figure out what was really wrong, rather than simply shuttle me in one door and out the other as fast as possible. Then, to be followed up on by phone, not only once, but twice, blew me away. If this facility was located where I now have to live in southern Illinois, I would never even consider going anywhere else again. I would rate it at ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (10 stars) if it were possible! I was greeted by two smiling polite receptionists, who didnt rush me through the initial paperwork, and the experience just got better from there on. Again, 10 stars to all of them!

So here is the thing... We have a family pediatrician that is good. AND we have a family doctor that is good. BUT IT IS FREAKING hard to be an last minute appointment. It takes hours to get it for an unexpected high fever or etc. One Saturday I went their for strep throat and I am in and out WITH A TEST AND STEROID shot in 30 minutes. Its a brand new building. They are fast and NEVER a line. Everyone has a pleasant attitude and the rooms are nice. The prices are VERY clearly posted on a large plasterboard and you know exactly what you and your insurance company will be charged. We visited again for a very high fever and gave us sound advice and did not make us feel stupid for bringing her in. They make you feel welcome and yet at the same time dont try to push unnecessary test. Once again we were in and out with a test within 30 minutes and sound advice on the way forward. He even offered to additional phone calls to help monitor if it did not break on its own.

I will NEVER take my children to this urgent care again. After a full night of screaming children due to ear aches we took them to Fast Track to get them seen that next morning. We saw Nicole Frommann M.D. and she came in with the attitude that she didnt want to be bothered in the first place, glanced in their ears and told us "every thing looks good, its an upper respiratory infection." That same night we had a repeat experience, hysterical child because her ear was still hurting so we took her to After Hours Pediatric Care in Lutz. She ended up having a double ear infection and swollen ear canal. The DR had to clean the wax from the infection out of her ear to even be able to see that it was an infection. If you have to take your children to FTUC I highly recommend NOT seeing DR Frommann, or at least make sure you get a second opinion. Why you would work at a job where theres a potential of having to see kids and you feel its beneath you is beyond me.

Fast Track Urgent Care adds to our community and offers and inexpensive means to health care. In the past when we had a significant medical concern the only alternative was the emergency room, which at a minimum cost us $600.00. My wife woke up with a red eye and in a lot of pain. We did not know if it was a torn retina. In the past we had to go to the emergency rooms, wait a long while, and regardless of the illness or injury be charge a hospital fee and a doctors fee. Fast Track was helpful from the moment we walked in with our insurance coverage and getting us in to see the doctor. It turns out she had an infection. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable and treated her eye. Its nice to know we have a service like Fast Track in our community and highly recommend the service.

Dr. Diecidue and staff were excellent during our recent visit. We had to take our son in for treatment, and we were provided wonderful care and service. Dr. Diecidue spoke to my son like he was a person, and helped ease his already nervous mind. Everyone here is excellent, from the receptionist, to the nurses on staff to the x-ray technicians. Were in the military, so finding someone who takes our insurance is often an issue, but Fast Track not only accepts it, but works with the providers on base to help speed the referral process along. Once again, its hard to find physicians these days that provide more than just medical advice, but medical care, but Fast Track Urgent Care is a diamond in the rough. We will definitely be coming back should the need arise.

I recently suffered a fall and needed to find out what trauma my right knee had suffered. I was able to be seen by a doctor at the Gandy clinic within 20 min. of filling in my information sheet and x-rays were made of the knee revealing a lateral fracture of the right patella. I was then issued a leg brace to immobilize the knee and prevent further damage while I await an orthopedic surgeon to assess the treatment plan and they made an appointment for a specialist on my behalf! Thanks to all the staff, my X-RAY technician and Dr. Parkes for providing the best care in South Tampa. I hope to never go back to Gandy Fast Track Urgent Care but if I get sick or break something else it will be the first place I go for fast attention.

While, back home visiting family, I had a great experience at Fast Track (considering I felt terrible). They were friendly, efficient, clean, and thorough. I was in and out with an X-ray and appropriate prescriptions in under an hour...unheard of for a new patient! THey even calledm y perspriptions in which were ready by the time I drove over to the Walgreens. Thank you! A suggestion to Fast Track: Check your google map search-ability because you did not show up when I searched for urgent care in Tampa (it may not matter, since your reputation is growing).

Never in my life have I seen an Urgent Care so impeccably clean and downright beautiful! Its nicer than any doctors office Ive been into honestly. Friendly staff and when they say no wait ... theyre not kidding. I did my paperwork, got called in about 1 minute later, had a few professional laughs with the nurse, then the doctor (Dr. Zachary Chase Thompson) came in not 3-5 minutes later. He diagnosed what everyone else said was the flu, he caught as a bad sinus infection. And he was right! I was in and out, got my meds and am a happy happy camper :)

Easily 5 stars plus. Came across FT on Yelp. This was while sitting in the parking lot at Urgicare on Dale Mabry, pondering why I did not want to use the facility again. With no intent to disparage, I strongly suspect the gent that I saw at Urgicare several months earlier, was in fact not a doctor, but an imposter. I felt like it was a Nigerian phising scam. At any rate, I was blown away by the timeliness, cleanlines, attentiveness and professionalism of the Fast Track team. I am certainly a believer.
