They say 1st impressions are everything, right? Well Dr. Rivera was actually very pleasant and knowledgeable. Some of her staff on the other hand, have been completely uncooperative and indifferent with myself and my insurance company. After making my 1st appointment The office made sure they could service me under my insurance. And I was approved! Until, it was time for me to check out! I notified the front office staff members that my insurance would cover the prescription but they would need to fill out a specific form for my insurance who would then submit it to my pharmacy that would substantially lower the price from over $200.00 to about $10.00. Pretty standard procedure for all Specialist offices to do, as I was notified from my primary Doctor, pharmacy, and insurance. To my disbelief the Derms office was blatantly REFUSING to cooperate with the protocol and coverage of my insurance, which they had accepted at the time of my setting up appointment. Therefore denying me the right of receiving the prescription at my approved insurance Rate. My insurance has called them numerous times explaining my coverage and have also been witnesses to the uncooperative, rude, and dismissive behavior from some of the staff by placing them on hold for over 15 minutes! They clearly were avoiding confronting their incompetence and resolving the issue. When someone finally decided to pick up, they outright lied about not receiving the necessary documentation by my pharmacy when in fact they sent more than 2 faxes. We were given no other option than to File a Claim against this particulate office once they showed no intention to comply with the LAW! And now Im having to inconvenience myself by going to another Doctor. Precious time wasted!

I went cause i believe to have a nodule acne which i pointed out to "Dr. Annie Sprick" since the moment this so called dr came in to the room all she did was look at a mole that i had on my cheeck instead of focusing what i went for since i been with this sharp pain, all she did was like i said before focused on removing the mole which i came out from the office confuse cause i went for one thing and came out with a mole removed and all she did for my nodule acne was give me antibiotics and a creme its now been a month i still have the same problem and just gifted the office $50 por unsolving my problem. The funny part of my nodule problem was i told her and she took a look and said well is not an ingrown hair cause i dont see a hair and i kept telling her that i felt a sharp pain. Didnt seem to intrest her to solve my problem cause i guess she wanted to practice to remove mole. Is she an intern and is just removing mole to have practice ???? Definitely not going to this office again smh what a waste of time and money !

I was referred here for a birthmark on my 5month old daughters back, when I made the appointment I explained this. When we walked in they were shocked to see the patient was a baby. They would only let one parent in saying the rooms were not big enough for two adults and one child. They finally let my husband in after he complained. The doctor came in and told us that thier is nothing anyone can do for a birthmark. She states that it will grow for a year and then when she hits ten it will fall off. I told her are pediatrician said they were concerned about it and thier is a Lazer procedure that can be done and she said thats thats a lie. Rude staff, rude service, save your time and money.

Nydia mgr was the only person who gave me smile,still waiting for phone call toswitch prescription its been coupledays, older lady at front desk acts more like a bailiff for the jail, doesnt greet you i had to acknowledge them, staff really looks miserable, very aggressive, acts like your bothering her when you ask her question, if i just didnt get my prescrition, i would switch, dnt understand the concept of customer service,it wasnt this bad from vegas , and California ,the plus is my pimple meds working

Teriyakis comment is spot on. I went there twice for bacne and the staff was rude and unfriendly. I saw the doctor for five minutes and was charged $70. They didnt ask what soaps I used. They didnt ask what lotion I used. Maybe the soap I was using was causing the bacne? It wasnt at all thorough. Very disappointed. I didnt even get a thank you ONCE out of the two times I went there. Never again. Dont waste your time/money.

This is the worst doctors office Ive ever been to. Staff is unfriendly, never bother to say hello and smile. They feel as if they treat patients for free. Quality of treatment is just bad because they only do half of the job. Im giving them one star since there isnt anything lower than this. All I can say is Healthcare at its lowest.

when i made my appointment i thought it would be with the doctor i requested, they gave me the lowest person on the totum pole there, gave me all the wrong acne medicine actually made my face worse then what it was when i came in. ended up going somewhere else to get it corrected. Waited forever in waiting room.

Charged my boyfriend $95 and 1 hour wait to tell him the doctor wasnt there today to make an appointment for next week. This dermatologist office used to be good a few years ago and now has rude staff and its obvious money is their #1 priority. NEVER AGAIN.

Rude staff. They disappeared to discuss billing for the procedure for 10 minutes without a word or explanation. The staff could be heard talking poorly of me right outside the door after I questioned their handling of time/communication. Avoid this location

Good Stuff

The staff in the office were very friendly; when entering the office the receptionist greets you. Then nurse was very helpful as well. The doctor is super nice, educated and nice looking. I would recommend the office to my family & friends‼️
