Horrible doctors office . Never had anything prepared for my visits . Visits took more than an hour when I just needed my monthly dose of accutane . One doctor left office and a new one came and both were unorganized. Staff is completely clueless and unorganized as well. Doctor couldnt find previous files when they were in the office and also didnt know what dosage I was on or how many months in Ive been on accutane. Couldnt find lab results when they have been religiously transferred to office from quest every month. Didnt know information for ipledge under his name so wasnt able to prescribe medication I needed. Their computer wasnt working so I wasnt able to schedule my next appointment . This is the first time in my entire life Im writing a review. Needless to say Im very frustrated and disappointed w this office as patients would like to feel comfortable when visiting a doctor.

My experience at the Altamonte Springs office has been nothing a success! After years of trying different dermatologists, Annette and Sandra have been such a pleasure to deal with. Annette is especially attentive to me as a patient and is always willing to take the time to listen, which is unusual when going to visit any doctor these days; most just want to get you in and out in a flash. Annette takes care to find the best solution for my skin which had always been severely acne prone. But now, my skin is getting so much better! Thank you Annette and team, you guys rock!!

I am not sure where the 1 star ratings are coming from, because this was my best medical office visit in personal history. Most everyone I interacted with was at least professional and courteous. I was treated by PAs Lidowski and her trainee (whos name I have regretfully forgotten) with comprehensive, excellent and compassionate care. They were both experienced individuals and were able to make rational, informed, precise decisions based on my presented symptoms. As a medical lab professional myself of some years, I give them my full recommendation.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I placed an appointment days earlier only to be called 20 mins before my appointment , while I was up the road, to be told that I couldnt be seen . I told the receptionist that it was a horrible first impression and that I needed to be seen today per my schedule being full. Her voice showed no sympathy and excuse was the person who did the scheduling was sick. I do no recommend this location to anyone who values their time, this location clearly doesnt.

This was my first visit here. I had several concerns which I thought might be too much to address on my first visit. I was wrong. Sandra and Annette listened to everything I had to say. They even helped me get the most out of my insurance coverage so all of my produces were covered! Needless to say I have already scheduled 3 more visits including some Botox!
