Been with Dr. Andrews for several years now. She is hands down the best dermatologist Ive been to. After severe acne growing up and several biopsies on my poor fair skin, Ive been to more than my share. She is beyond thorough, her office is up-to-date and her staff is well trained and personable. Best service was when I showed up two hours early for my appointment. They didnt make me feel dumb and worked me in so I didnt have to tell my boss Id be late. Only time I got annoyed with them was when my son was going there. His dad let his girlfriend take him to an appointment, instead of calling me for permission to let her authorize the visit and charges they called him. He nor the girlfriend were patients there and the insurance was in my name. I went to another practice for a while but came sulking back when I needed more than an annual check up. Bottom line, I trust her.

Dr. Andrews is the most caring physician I have ever met. No one really wants to go to the doctor, but I truly look forward to seeing Dr. Andrews. She is kind and gentle. She has a great sense of humor. Her staff is warm and friendly and very professional. She doesnt treat you like a stranger when she sees you, she listens to your concerns and promptly addresses each one. If lab work needs to be done, she calls you back with results as soon as she receives the information. If she cant do it herself, she has on of her staff call so you arent left wondering. I highly recommend her to everyone. You will not be sorry if you are lucky enough to have her as your dermatologist!

I have been seen and treated by Dr. Andrews ever since she assumed the patients for Dr. Rehbein....several years. Dr. Andrews is BY FAR the most contientious and professional dermatologist in Jacksonville. My opinion, of course, but have talked to several that had bad experiences with their "D" and after referring them to Dr. Andrews, their problems were promptly addressed. She has been VERY successfully treating all my skin cancers since day one. I strongly recommend har to everyone....and the staff is ALL Top Notch. Rande Le Fevre. Im 69 and living proof that regular exams WILL prevent skin cancers from spreading.

Ive had an itchy, sometimes bleeding eyelid for over 20 years. Cant tell you how many Dermatologists Ive visited with very poor results. Dr. Andrews found a solution. It is completely healed. She listens. She is smart. She doesnt give up. I did have to wait for the first appointment, but that is because she actually cares for the patients she sees and does not herd them through like cattle. Once I became her patient, waiting was no longer an issue. I also see her for skin cancer checks. She and her staff are efficient and thorough. She is the best dermatologist Ive found and Ive been in this skin a LONG time.

Dr. Andrews is fantastic. Every visit I am promptly seen at my appointment time. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been a patient for many years and Dr. Andrews makes me feel comfortable and cared for at her practice. Her treatments have been excellent and she is truly a competent, caring physician. I highly recommend her and have done so to many friends and relatives. You may have to call well ahead of time if you are a new patient but isnt that a good sign? The doctor is busy because people like her!

The staff is very very very rude.. Dont try to call them and try for any appointment over there.. In the Doctor office the staff should be very patient. Doctor should work with the staff and make sure they are not rude with who ever is calling to the office and trying to get the appointments. Dont think you are the only doctor office in whole Jacksonville or Florida.. Other good doctors re there to take patients.

Dr. Andrews is extremely caring and compassionate. Her staff is also very kind and professional. Dr. Andrews takes the time to listen to her patients and diligently works to find solutions. While it does typically take a long time to get an initial appointment, she is well worth the wait.

I took my son to Dr. Andrews office for 2 years for his acne problem. This Dr and Dr. OConnell prescribed the same antibiotic for him without any results. I finally changed the dermatologist and now I know they could have done many other things to prevent the permanent scars on my sons face.

Dr. Andrews is a wonderful doctor and person. Despite my skin issues Dr Andrews has found solutions to all my problems. She takes the time needed to explain what is wrong and always makes me feel better about my skin. I feel like she really cares. Im very appreciate of her and her staff. :)

I called today to try to make an appointment and they said she will not have an available appointment until March of 2011!!! She has another doctor who recently joined her to help out but that doctor doesnt accept Tricare. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
