Staff not particularly polite or friendly. On two different instances I called about an advertised special and asked if it would still be available on a given date prior to making an appointment on that date, and was assured it would be- but at that appointment, after my son chose his frames, they told me the special had just expired and we would have to pay full price. They argued with me and told me maybe I had called "the main number" instead of the office number (?!). Its too bad because the doctor is great, but after a few bad experiences with the office staff, we now go elsewhere.

Took my kids there for exams and I felt the doctor did not listen to my concerns, and then we were very, very pressured into buying glasses there when I really just wanted to take the prescription elsewhere. When my daughters overpriced glasses broke, they were unable to replace them because that style was now unavailable, just months after we purchased them. We were forced to pay full price for a brand new pair, which also broke. The desk staff also seemed very interested in chatting with regular customers than trying to accommodate the needs of new ones.

I didnt feel like my business was valued and the process to get my contact Rx renewed was more cumbersome than it needed to be. Two visits, would have been three of I hadnt insisted against it, and six phone calls... This was a bad first experience. The prices to order contacts through them was higher than 1800Contacts or ContactsDirect as well.
