No conoci al dr, la recepcionista es muy desagradable, la cita era a las 4:30, llege a las 4:35 y no me quiso atender, pedí hacerle una pregunta al doctor, no lo llamo y no me dejo hacerle una pregunta, estando él en la oficina. Aparte que cuando llegue 5 minutos tarde él estaba terminando con un paciente, que salió unos minutos después de yo llegar, por lo tanto, si hubiera llegado a las 4:30, iba a tener que esperar aproximadamente 8 minutos. Servicio al cliente muy pobre. Me hubiera gustado hacerle una mejor calificación pero ni siquiera el doctor pudo salir.

When I rescued my new dog, Mika, I knew that no matter how many miles I had to drive, Dr. Ferran was going to be his Vet. I have known Dr. Ferran for over 10 years and I have to say he is an extraordinary Vet. Dr. Ferran has tremendous knowledge and expertise with both holistic and conventional medicine. He is a caring and compassionate person… You can just tell he genuinely cares for my dog. He has always been honest in discussing Mika’s treatment options and he has no problem answering my endless list of questions! As long as Ludlam Dixie Animal Clinic is open I will continue to take my pets to Dr. Ferran. –Sylvia

I was referred to Dr. Ferran by my general vet because my Dalmation had persistent seizures that were not longer controlled by traditional medications. Dr. Ferran evaluated my dog for an entire day in his clinic and then recommended gold beads. She got the gold beads and was able to come off all her medications one at a time with absolute control of her seizures. We are very grateful that my regular vet referred us to Dr. Ferran who has a tremendous knowledge and expertise with holistic medicine. We do not hesitate to recommend him, his staff is also outstanding and caring.

Ludlam Dixie Animal Clinic is the greatest! The doctor was very helpful with all the necessary steps I had to take to get my cat back to health. If I had any more questions, I called, and they were happy to help. Customer Service is fantastic, everyone is really nice and sincerely care about their patients and their owners. Dear pet owners: if you are looking for a vet, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Robert Ferran @ Holistic Animal Clinic of Miami (Ludlam Dixie Animal Clinic). We took Rico there today and I was floored by the vets extensive knowledge and practical solutions to his skin problems. Prices are fair, little to no wait, and staff was very kind.
