Just left this place for the last time; Ive always made an appointment every time Ive gone, and have had to wait at least half an hour every single time. This time, I had an appointment at 11, which I unfortunately arrived five minutes late to, so I was prepared to wait a little longer in the lobby, but to my surprise I was taken into a room after about 20 minutes, at 11:30. Also want to note, the place was not busy at all. I was the only one in the lobby when I arrived. After getting my blood pressure and heart rate taken down, I was left in the room for over an hour. The office closes at noon for lunch, so yeah, I had been left in there while most of the staff had gone out. Seriously?? I left at 12:36. All I had wanted to do was ask about birth control options (the woman who took my paperwork AND the nurse knew why I was there) which should have taken about 15 minutes, max. So unprofessional.

Do not waste your time with this office. Do yourself a favor and look for another office. They have billing and management issues and the so called office manager simply does not care when you try to explain a mistake their office made. Doctor was nice but the office management is a patient nightmare. Plenty of great doctors and management teams in the area. This one is not one you should choose. Be sure to check Yelp reviews, there are more similar reviews to mine.

Deborah Grischo is the best Nurse Practitioner! When I was really sick for a long time I went to 6 Doctors and none of them could tell me what was wrong. I went to her and she diagnosed me with Diabetes, when no Doctor could! I feel great now and have been with her for 14 years!

always closed horrible hours completely pointless in the middle of a radiology who has to send my results to a urgent because my Dr is never available 100% unsatisfied with the physician stay away Im switching my Dr asap so so so so unprofessional

Have loved being a patient at this physician office for over 20 yrs. My physician there Dr Gunn (Mesa site) is kind, patient and listens. I would highly recommend Mesa Family Physicians.
