Doctors are fine but the billing staff is completely inept. My wife and I went there a few times after they dropped their contract with my insurance without ever notifying me. I started receiving bills from them saying my visits werent covered and I owed money. I realize health insurance and medical practice is a big game and total scam, so I was like, fine, Ill call and pay them over the phone just to get them off my back. So I called the doctors office and they show that I owe money, but dont know how much I owe and ask me how much I want to pay... Huh?! I dont WANT to pay anything! Regardless, I pay what was owed per the bills sent in the mail and months later Im still receiving bills in the mail. To top it off, I get a voicemail almost 4 months after my first non-covered visit from the doctors office informing me they no longer take my insurance. Awesome!

Dr sharma is amazing and genuinely cares for her patients. She protects and carefully research before giving you Meds. She listens to you. I have never met a doctor like her until I moved to az. I been seeing her since 2009 and I cant imagine seeing anyone else. She had send me me medication late at night when I had high fever. She has helped me and came to my rescue even in weekend and evening. Im not sure about others but I really like Maria shes very kind and always gets back to me and shes patient with me. I see few the doctor dr Sharma recommend me like dr Rassiwala I seen her off and on as needed for many years. dr pandey such a caring and wonderful doctors.

Dr. Surinder Bharara was the doctor I chose to see because of 2 medical issues I had. Well, she wanted me to pick one & focus on that one more than the other. Both were important to me & one should not go by the wayside because of the other. I felt like she didnt care when explaining a severe issue I had before because she was typing away on her laptop like it was nothing & not really paying much attention to what I was saying. I wouldnt recommend this doctor if you want someone to listen to you. She does not seem like a doctor who cares about her patients. And just thinks medicine is the only answer to the problem(s).

Dr. Sharma is a caring and skilled doctor that takes the time to properly diagnose, advise and care for you at each visit. She is very thorough in her evaluation and does not take chances when it comes to your health and well-being. I never felt rushed while there nor did I have to wait long to be seen. They are organized, efficient, and accurate in their office administration. I gladly recommend her and her team to anyone in need of a good office.

I do not recommend. I should have read the reviews first. The front help is completely incompetent. The girls at the desk were watching "The View". There are a lot of bad reviews directed toward the front desk. Maria was one of the girls. Maybe management should take a look at who they have representing them. Maybe they need some training???????? Especially in the billing department. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Dr. Surinder Bharara and Dr. Sharma are very caring, great listeners and knowledgeable family practitioners . My wife and I have been patients at their practice for many years and I did not believe how much time they spent with each of us when they first met us. After all these years I still get the attention and care that I need from them. I always refer family and friends to these wonderful doctors.

I love Dr. Sharma and her staff as well. Dont listen to any of these reviews. She been my doctor over 5 years now. My mother, grandmother, and aunt all come to Dr. Sharma a office. Ive never had an issue with billing either. Clearly when you switch Doctors YOU ALWAYS CALL AND CONFIRM THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. Common sense. Anyhow I would recommend anyone switch over to Dr. Sharma.

Ive been seeing Dr. Sharma for nearly 13 years. Ive referred many people over the years and every one would always call me back to say thank you. They would tell me ..."Your right!" she truly takes the time to get to know you. She also goes out of her way on nights and weekends. The staff is also great. I havent had any problems with anyone the Drs have hired.

Worst receptionist ever. Fire her and hire someone with a personality that cares. We walked in and she said "here to see the doctor?" We said yes and were told to take a seat. She never asked which doctor or confirmed the patients name. Just rude!
