I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Denys as a doctor and a person. He spent time getting to know me, myhobbies, and concerns. He took great care in surgery to prevent damage that can easily happen during this kind of surgery. He even said that he wanted to make sure I would not lose my voice and that I would not need to take Calcium pills. I am a runner and a singer and those were two of my worries. He came highly recommended to me by some friends. Other friends said they had a bad experience with their ENT surgeons, but everyone I spoke to that used Dr. Denys, said they had a good experience. I did and will stick with him if anything else comes up. The office staff needs some work. You have to follow up with them to get things done, especially the lady who makes appointments and calls for pre-authorizations. Uf not for that, I would have awarded 5 stars.

Dr Denys is an amazing and gifted surgeon. Takes time for his patients. Excellent ENT. I have been to many with severe allergies and hay fever. Dr Denys has given me 10 years of sinus relief with his expert surgical hands. Very grateful he chose medicine! I would recommend him to anyone seeking help with anything Ear Nose and Throat. He is very personable and genuinely cares about his patients. Hadnt seen him in a couple of years had to go back for issue and he remembered my name and who I was. Very cool for a Doctor.

Dr. was aweful. Wouldnt listen to me and constantly talked over me and interrupted me constantly. Went in for a referral to have a hearing evaluation done in order to get a new hearing aid and he told me I didnt have any hearing loss despite the fact that I had testing and had a hearing aid for over 15yrs. Told me my past testing that showed this was "outdated" and he didnt see why I needed to be retested. I will never go back or take my children there ever again!

Dr. Denys is a great doctor. Very knowledgable and caring. My only complaint is that he does a procedure in the office and they bill it to insurance as surgical procedure which makes insurance not cover the typical office visit! Please make sure you clarify with the office on how they will bill so you arent stuck with a large bill later! I wish they would have given me the chance to know that and I wouldnt have had the little procedure done.

Staff was really friendly and Heather did a great job! Had water stuck in my ears, she got it out of the main problem ear with ease and was really nice. Asked her like 2 times to clear out the seconded ear (not as bad but still bugging me.) She said it didnt need it and to just do it at home. Its been like a week and still have water in that ear, had to pay around $400 to go their office why im only giving 3 stars.

I love Dr. Denys - He has operated on me, my wife, and my daughter. He save my life and my wifes - my daughter was just tonsils. I flew to Johns Hopkins for a second opinion on mine, and they agreed he did a fantastic job. The more incredible part is how humble and kind he is.
