If youre thinking about visiting this facility, Id proceed with caution and listen to what your gut tells you about your own personal experiences. This is simply mine. I heard about them on a radio ad and then went back home and did some digging online with the better business bureau and online reviews, etc. There is basically nothing out there about this company beyond their own facebook and web pages, so I just figured theyre probably new and didnt have a track record as of yet. So, back on Dec 9th I initiated an email conversation with one of their representatives and we settled on my initial consultation for Dec 22nd at 9 a.m. Now some of what I will describe may seem petty, but its just all part of the big picture with this organization. For starters, their online patient forms they kept insisting were on their website, were not and still arent. I finally managed to find them by doing a google search on my own. Now, weve all filled out what probably seems likes thousands of medical forms over the years and while some are better designed than others, they all typically have a professional look to them. These did not. As a matter of fact, in all honesty, they looked like something that was designed by a junior high student. None of the lines were the same lengths, questions that obviously required some detailed entries only allowed space for several letters, etc. Again, not a major deal by any means, but it was the first thing that made me scratch my head. Now, whether its your doctor, the dentist, the orthodontist, your allergist, whatever, one thing EVERY medical professional will do when you have a scheduled appointment is to contact you prior either by text, email, or a phone call just to confirm youre still coming. I never heard a peep from these people, but I still planned to keep my scheduled appointment. So, I took time off work and drove all the way out to West Des Moines to the address located on their web page, their google map, and even their facebook page. All of them said suite 230 at 5901 westown parkway, even up to the very moment I arrived for my appointment. When I arrived, I recognized the building because I had been there before with my son for an eye appointment. When I walked in and located the sign for suite 230 it said it was Mercy concierge medical services. Still, I went to the actual suite and guess what, on the door was again, Mercy concierge medical services and it was locked. I then called mantality and the gentleman who answered the phone said they had moved to another location not even close to this facility. I told him I was a little upset because I had an appointment and nobody had even bothered to notify me of their new address. He never said Im sorry, never asked me for my name, etc. All he did was just repeat their new address. At this point, I was done. Based upon everything that had transpired, my gut told me to not pursue this any further. Maybe they are a legitimate medical organization, but my personal opinion is that theyre either a shady operation or at the very least, an unprofessional one. And by the way, its now almost 2 hours past my appointment. Do you think anyone has called me to ask why I didnt show or to ask me about rescheduling? Nope.

032918 - EXCELLENT!! I saw the other review (a.k.a. the 6 page grievance and one star rating). I couldnt let it stand alone because Ive been going to this place for a couple of months. The place is new to the DM area (around 3 months?). Its modern, hip, and clean. I actually watched UFC on Roku, on the big screen, in the comfy waiting room there today!! The staff is professional and friendly, and top notch. The program itself, is exceptional. -- Give it a little time, and there will be A LOT of other 5 star ratings on here.

Been going there for 10 weeks now and feel great! They are very professional and friendly. Their office is clean and comfortable and you can tell that they really care how you feel and monitor your labs closely and adjust to make u feel the best. Im only 10 weeks in and still adjusting to what my body likes which I understand it doesnt happen over night and people react to treatment differently but I can say I already feel way better.
