First off, let me start off by saying that the only doctor that I have any experience with is Dr. Germany and he is an excellent physician. The problem with Regional Urology, is the staff necessary to run the business. DO NOT make an appointment unless you have at least two hours to wait and do not believe anyone who tells you that the appointment will take 45 minutes to an hour. If you tell a nurse that you are late for another Dr. appointment all they will say is that "The Doctor will be right with you." Im not saying that the double book all their appointments, but the waiting area is always packed. Also, I know for a fact that I spoke to one gentleman that was scheduled to see Dr. Germany the same time as I was. Bottom line is, if you can spend a few hours waiting just to see a doctor go to Regional Urology, if not steer clear.

HORRIBLE expierence please beware. My husband and I ahead of his vasectomy told everyone that our insurance 100 percent covered the operation. They told us no they dont and they tried to charge us SIX HUNDRED dollars for it. After speaking to multiple people from our insurance verifying it was indeed covered they still tried to say it wasnt. Lady was pestering us about putting money down. Put down a hundred, was like pulling teeth to get our money back from these people once we started getting other people involved such as insurance. Such a shady place. Shame on them! Do NOT put a dime down if you KNOW it is covered

I have had no sleep for last few years due to my overactive bladder. She simply told me to drink less water I told her I have tried that many times. It doesnt work.imagine going thru life in a constant state of sleepiness? Well I have since almost ran off the road twice in the past week. All I ask for just to try some of the options avaliable . But nope. I guess sleep deprivation cause of Nocturia is going to kill me eventually.
