Complete joke. You walk out with your medical release papers telling you to follow up with this exact location 3 days later. 4 days later with still a broken hand, I was told Id need to be seen by my actual primary care physician. Now, that I could live with, but now my primary care doctor is setting an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Now all i need is my X-RAY films to show this new doctor, so I call a 3rd time that morning to have them printed out to pick up on my break. "Impossible" is what Ive been told, Id have to come in and wait to have them printed out in case I dont show up for them. Very unprofessional since I actually work for the money I spent on my X-RAYS they could at least have the courtesy of printing them out instead of categorizing me into a group that "doesnt show up." IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR THAT WORKS AT 5 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND WILL NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN AND YOUR X-RAYS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE ON YOUR VERY LIMITED SCHEDULE, GIVE THIS PLACE A SHOT!

Horrible $300 for them to touch my shoulder. Would not give me medication due to crackheads seeking a high I guess. Melissa Hamish was in there for 2 seconds and told me I would still need to go to ER to get proper scans. Why wasnt I told this before you took my money? Thats right Im just a bottle of ketchup to be scanned and rushed out the door. DR.Stephen Smith was too busy for me,and the nurse, I believe her name was Stephanie, rushed me out as I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was at Walmart being rushed through the line. 3 hrs of my life and $300 gone and I will still have to go to ER and spend more money. It will not be a WK ER though for sure. Wow its pretty bad when even the pharmacy says how horrible WK Quick are on Bert kouns is. Got better medical advice from pharmacist lol Oh and thanks Obamacare. You have ruined this countrys medical system. Thank GOD you are gone. UPDATE: that strained muscle they mis diagnosed turned out to be a cervical radiculipathy lol. Spot on WK!!!

Woke up at 5am with a severely sore throat, going to the ER was out of the question because I no longer have health insurance and was not looking forward to waiting for hours and then getting an outrageous bill. I was prepared to go to Velocity Care on Mansfield because it was closer, but after going online I discovered there was a Quick Care not too far away and opened an hour earlier, so basically my pain make the decision obvious. This location is much smaller but it was very clean and I was assessed, swabbed, seen by doctor and diagnosed in less than 30 minutes all for under $100; diagnosis strep throat, lucky me. No real complaints but only 2 suggestions: 1). Please mention online and post it at the clinic that you do not accept checks. 2). Consider giving injections to patients in pain instead of having them go and wait on the pharmacy.

My husband was seen here on the adult side for cold/sinus and sore throat. The receptionist and nurses were very friendly. Dr. Thorat was thorough and kind. Even though there were a few people ahead of him, we were in and out with prescriptions in hand in less than an hour. She took time and explained that if his insurance didnt cover a shot (apparently some insurances dont cover shots), we would have to pay for it.... Needless to say, Im glad his insurance coveredthe injection. Nobody wants to get sick on the weekend, but it is great to have somewhere to go if it happens. We were both pleased with his care here and will definitely be back for any future minor illness.

My daughter went there last week. She had an allergic reaction to the medicine they prescribed, and over the weekend she called to get advice and experienced one of the rudest and most in unprofessional nurses that she could ever recall. While trying to explain her situation, she was constantly interrupted by the nurse, and called into question when she couldnt remember the lengthy name of the antibiotic that she was allergic to. The nurse showed very little capacity to listen, but he seemed to employ great capacity to be an ass. She will no longer frequent this particular quick care.

The triage nurse Susan was the rudest woman I have ever met. She acted as if she hated her job and hated us for being there. My daughter has Medicaid and she asked me if I needed a work excuse. When I said no she made a little humph under her breath. For your info Susan.... Im on vacation! I work more hours than you do probably. Susan could use a little common courtesy and hospitality training. I hope she gets treated the way she just treated us at her next doctor visit. Susan will definitely not be receiving any gold stars... ever!

My family doctor just had surgery and is out of the office for a while. Her office staff is nearly impossible to deal with and its in the middle of finals and I cant get in to see them. I was completely out of my antidepressant and went to quick care to see if I could get a refill until I could get in to see my doctor. You would have thought I was asking for narcotics. The doctor was extremely rude and didnt take any time to asses me or ask me any questions. It was the elderly white man. It was a complete and total waste of time.

Severe sudden case of poison ivy over half my face and they refused to give me a steroid shot because I had a brain aneurysm in 2010. (The receptionist and nurses were nice.) While I was waiting in the exam room, I heard someone loudly fussing because they would not treat him for his ailment. Since we are on the subject of 2010, the Pierremont quick care and emergency room misdiagnosed my bleeding brain, shrugging it off as a pill seeker, resulting in a coma and emergency surgery at LSU.

Absolutely the worst. I will go on youree drive before I ever come here again. The doctor was the most rudest person I have ever met in my life. The LPN Karen has a 10+ years on her badge and was so nasty to me and my boyfriend it was ridiculous. Dr.Smith wouldnt even send my prescription off. I had to do it myself. I will never tell anyone to go there. Their skills as far as professional, customer service skills, and friendly greeting is terrible.

I would give them no stars if I could. I had the flu and had symptoms for 2 days before going to quick care. I have medicaid currently. I had a balance from 2 years ago when I went that already went to collections. The lady at the front desk said the dr probably wouldnt see me since I had a balance. Why does it matter if Im covered today and the previous balance has already gone to collection. Theyre getting paid either way.

The doctors where great!! But the front receptionist on the side of pediatric care was the worst service ever, she was really rude and uprofessional. I even ask her are u mad !!!??? and her answer was " nope I m happy as a bird" well i think that bird was in a cage because she was really rude!! think her name was Cecile not sure but she was on the pediatric side.
