Dr. Roberts is the worse optometrist!!!! He gave my wife the wrong prescription . Would not listen to her about the issues she was having. Turns out she has a serious eye injury and he wouldnt even look at her eyes to see what was wrong with them. His bedside manners are beyond hateful and rude. He is an idiot and needs to have his license revoked.

Eye exam was done professionally and at a fair price. Eyeglasses, on the other hand are a total scam. One pair of medium priced frames and a bi- focal prescription rang up at $735.00!!! I drive a car to work that is valued at less than the pair of Chinese made eyeglasses that they sold me. I will NEVER go back.

Great place but the closing hours need to be updated. Mon-Fri it closes at 7pm. Not 8pm The prices, staff and service are fantastic. Honest and knowledgeable. They try to give you the best prices and deals, even if youre un aware of them. Im glad I got my new glasses so I can see!

The doctor that checked my eyes was really nice but make sure you ask every time they take you to a different machine or area if its going to cost extra because they got me. I figured theyd tell me before doing things that added cost but they dont.

Had an appointment at 2:15 it is now almost 3:15 and still have not been seen. Unless you have time to waste I would suggest going somewhere else. Not sure why they make appointments if they dont plan to uphold them.

When i got the special exam without getting my eyes dilated they want $30 extra to get results. When i wanted to pick out frames the lady was stuck up and rude. Not willing to help at all.

I had a great experience! There was a wait due to the number of customers. However, the staff is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Im definitely going back!
