Exceptional staff that preformed above and beyond their duties helping me get into a new pair of glasses (that I have not worn in more than 8 years!). They had the best selection of the "big names" in fashion frames as well as plenty of assistance in helping me find which frame looked the best on my face type. Very happy with my Marc Jacobs glasses! Will be going back for sure.
