In my familys three or four visits to this office, we felt very well treated. Dr. Kim didnt speak doctor jargon to us. Rather, she spoke on a down-to-earth level, in a language we could understand. My year-old son needed attention once on a day the office was closed, but Dr. Kim called back within a couple hours of my leaving a message at the office and suggested we bring him in for her to assess (on her day off). The kicker? The service was complementary, as she only needed provide a diagnosis, which turned out to be accurate. The issue corrected itself in a day.

I needed a new dentist close to my work. I searched for a dentist that accepted my insurance and found Dr. Kim. I could not be more pleased. I have only been to 2 visits so far. I had not taken care of my teeth for years. I did not wait at all for either visit. The office is prestige and all of the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Kim knows her stuff, she makes sire u r comfortable during procedures and gives u all of the pros and cons when deciding on a procedure. I cant say enough about this office: I am blessed to have found them!

All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming!! They were amazing with my kids theres even a spot for the kids to play and watch movies in the waiting room. Every procedure is explained and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is comfortable for you. Overall its been an amazing experience every time we go. I would recommend this Dentist office to anyone especially families with a lot of kids.

Dr Kim has been my dentist for over 10 years, and has been providing dental care to both of my children since they needed it. She & her staff are caring, patient and skilled. We have never had a bad experience. I have needed some restoration which was handled skillfully & she did not hesitate to refer me for more involved care. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her & have sent several people to see her.

The best, hands down! Dr. Kim and her staff are amazing, youre in and out quickly, everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. My daughter actually said she had "fun" because our tech Sonya did such a good job explaining everything to her and making it fun. Kind, caring and compassionate staff. Accomplished doctor who was very honest with me despite my desire for a different out come. She very easily could have kept spending my money trying to retrieve the irretrievable. Instead she told me the truth and discovered an infection I didnt even know I had.

I found this dentist to have terrible communication skills, in fact almost no ability to relate or connect at all. The ability to communicate with a patient is one of the most important qualities any medical professional could have. A mistake was inevitable!

I had x-rays done during my visit at Family Dentistry Morgantown - I thought that being exposed to the radiation would give me super powers, but it didnt. However, they did a good job with the cleaning and I got a free toothbrush! Highly recommended!
