I have always had a sketchy relationship with dentistry. Dentists are fine people but starting with care as a child and the old equipment of the 50s Ive always avoided them, to my own hurt. After a recent lull in visiting for dental care, partially because of insurance and that was a good excuse not to go, itd been 14 years since I have been for care. I had/still have multiple issues to deal with in there. However through a staff person I know from Deakyne Dental Associates I was kindly persuaded to go for a painful problem. After this visit I am going right back for more. The staff and my dentist and dental tech were so kind and caring. The atmosphere and office is so comforting and even cozy. I highly recommend anyone that can travel a practical distance to come to this dental group. I do not think you will be sorry at all and one visit will persuade you. ":-Dx

Ive been a patient for about 10 years and feel so fortunate to have found Deakyne Dental! Dr. David has helped me with two huge dental issues, with professionalism, caring and made my experience very relaxing. All my experiences with him and his staff have been wonderful. I have total and complete trust in both Dr. Deakyne and his staff. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a soft place to fall with dental issues. No matter how big they are, you will find someone who really cares about you, the patient!

Had my first dental work done with this practice this week and it was my best experience I have ever had with a dentist.I had a filling done and I didnt even feel the needle..thank God for the change in how you are numbed now..Dr.Nies was gentle and detailed about what I could get done for the results I was looking for.The whole staff is friendly from the front to the back..They have won my trust and my business.Looking for a GREAT dentist go check out this practice..I really doubt if you will be sorry.

Had a cleaning yesterday with Sarah for the first time. She was a very nice and kind hygienist that ensured I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Dr. Nies was great as always and that front office staff is something else! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Smyrna/Clayton area.
