Run for your life. Seriously. If you have to drive an hour or two to go somewhere else, DO IT. I have been trying to get a cleaning and a couple fillings done for the past SEVEN MONTHS. The office is completely inept and they overbook. There are too many patients for the dentists to see and the dentists-in-training dont have adequate supervision. Ms. Whiticker is a nice enough girl, but she should not be anywhere near a drill or a pick. She needs much, much more training an supervision and should never be left alone with a patient. Shes very sensitive and gets upset when corrected. She put the numbing medication in the wrong place and scraped my jaw bone with the needle as she kept trying to get passed it. I was crying in pain and she just kept trying to put the needle further than it was supposed to go. My neck and ear were nice and numb after that. Then she gave me 3 more needles (2 too many). She blamed my pain on the nerve "not acting right" and then gave me the sloppiest temporary filling that was only partially complete, getting glue all over my front teeth, hitting my teeth hard several times with picks and mirrors. To top it off, they wanted to reschedule me with this girl in a month! They expect me to wait another month for another appointment with someone who shouldnt be touching anyones teeth. No thanks!

Last visit,I was charged with $80 in total,my insurance paid for most for filling the teeth; but the front desk ask me to pay for extra $40 for something about insurance doesnt cover, alright, I paid for! But today , I found out I only owe talc $81.03 For 2 visit, where is the money ? Please ask for the receipt when you paid the front desk, then check your insurance bill.otherwise, you will pay extra extra money for front desk s some reason!
