I had to find a new practice for our family due to insurance costs. I found this practice through insurance and researched reviews online - they were rated pretty highly so I felt good about scheduling my family. I should have known after the first appointment that we should not return. The hygienists came and took my children from the waiting area without even saying "hi", and didnt introduce themselves to me - the parent. Didnt even tell me where they were taking them. When I tried to follow them, I was made to feel like I was "invading" and was not allowed to be there with them. They explained NOTHING about my childrens dental health to me, did not show me X-rays, did NOT go over any concerns with me. I had to keep asking various things and it was apparent they did not want to talk or explain. The dentist, did not come out and introduce herself to me, and did NOT explain any details and found multiple cavities in 5 of my 7 children (After my second appt. here, I canceled my other ones). Up to this point, my children had hardly, if ever had cavities, and certainly not more than one of my children at a time. BUT, here ALL 5 children that were seen had between 3 to 5 EACH. No way. I found another dentist who came recommended, and scheduled 2nd opinion appointments for each of those 5 children. Hmmm, guess what: No cavities for two of them, and only one, or two for the others. The one child who had 5, only has two. I honestly believe this place should be shut down. Keep looking - Do NOT place yourself under care here - they are out to just take as much of your $ as possible. **Only positive - receptionist was VERY friendly and helpful!

First of all of the staff there is extremely friendly and very helpful they all made me feel comfortable and welcome. The old home they use for the office is also very neat not a boring ugly office building. My 2 upper wisdom teeth were removed recently I felt no pain at all or discomfort during or after the procedure. In person or over the phone whom ever you talk with will take as much time as needed to explain and answer any questions or concerns you have. If you are looking for a new dentist for yourself or your family or this will be your first dentist Rainbow Valley is the place your looking for you will be extremely happy with them!!!

I took my four year old son to this new dental office and I am very pleased. Its not a typical dental office. Its a beautiful old farmhouse turned into a professional building. My son loved the treatment, caring and playfulness he received. He said they tickled my teeth and I will go back again. He is marking the brushing chart (the front desk gave him) which is its a nice habit forming idea. Great staff and great dentists!

They are very friendly and they did a good thorough cleaning. They answered all of my questions. It was nice that the xrays were quick and could be viewed right away. I found it fun to see what my teeth looked like. :) They are up with technology and I appreciated the cell phone text reminders for the appointment. My 2 children go there and are excited for the gifts and prizes. They know how to work with children.

Had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended - I had a tooth break in my sleep, and called these wonderful people the very next day. They were able to get me in right away and within 1 hour of calling I had 2 cavities filled and was out the door. I didnt once feel rushed, they were extremely clean and very thorough. Fantastic dental work - will most definitely be going back!

I had a problem broken tooth that needed extracted...I can honestly say I thought it would need surgically removed. I was afraid to some degree. But Dr.McGann removed it pain free without surgery or stitches...a very nice and different experience.
