Rating a "5" to be seen. The first few times I went here I would have told you they were great the longest I had to wait was like 15-20 minutes and it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and I had just recently had a baby. Bad bone density runs in my family so Ive always had trouble with my teeth especially during pregnancy. When I had my first apt the female dentist told me that I had 10 cavities that needed to be filled. It was going to cost me about 900.00 after insurance ( I get the white fillings). I made my apts came in got them all filled and she told me my mouth looked wonderful. 2 wks later was my next 6 month check. This time I was seen by a male, he did the exam and was writing stuff down and says, "oh you have 10 cavities you need filled." I was like, "How is that possible 2 wks ago she said I was fine?" He said " Well it must be something youre doing because there are 10 cavities. I have time now ill start filling them today." I said, " No, I cant today I have 2 kids at home this was only supposed to be a cleaning and honestly I dont see how what you are telling me is possible." His response was, " What, did you leave your kids with a bobo that cant take care of them? and what I am saying is you have 10 cavities and Im the Dr so I would know." So rude and condescending, I just smiled and said I would make an apt. While with the check out lady she starts putting all the "cavities" he found into the computer, she looks at the papers confused and calls the Dr over and says " I just want to make sure these are right because we have all of these down as just filled recently." He says to her, " Of course its right and there are many different sides to the teeth so you guys wouldnt know anyway." I was so disgusted I never went back. I can tell you that I know at least some of them are the same cavities because I got them filled in the first place because they hurt and I still have the same problem over a year later. I was so put off by this experience I am only now looking for a new dentist and am terrified to pick one.

I recently had a bad experience with this office. Dr. DANUTA MAJ-KRUSZYNSKI did a horrible job putting a temporary crown on my 9 year olds front tooth, she was rushing and the end result showed. She first said she was going to have to make a mold for the temporary crown but then decided to pick one out of a tray of pre-made ones. None matched and the tooth was larger than the other front tooth and crooked! This was on a Monday it broke off two days later as my son was eating a green bean....A GREEN BEAN? so i decided to stop in that night (they were open late), i didnt receive any type of compassion for the error from the receptionist (Not Trish or Rosa they are both wonderful) I was told they were busy and wed have to wait (mind you the waiting room was empty) so we left and i called and received wonderful customer service from the call center and they set us up for the next day at the Kenhorst office where Dr. DANIEL RUNKLE did the necessary repairs the right way, the way it should have been done from the beginning. This office is only good for cleanings

I would highly recommend this dental office. The dental Hygienist was amazing, very thorough as well as informative. I was just really impressed with how knowledgeable that Ellie was. I guess I just thought I knew so much because, I take pretty good care of my teeth. If I can leave there learning two or three things, what could just the average person take away from an appointment? Wherever she goes Im going to follow because,its the cleanest my teeth have felt in a lot of years. I just want to say that I have an amazing dentist since Im 17 years old who is the only one Ive ever trusted with my teeth,so this woman really is good. Sometimes you just have to stay in network because financially you dont have a choice, and it turned out to be a real good experience. Its your teeth people, you only get one set. Take care of them!

When first making an appointment, I was called weeks later only to be told that the dentist wouldnt be in that week & they had to reschedule. (Im told by another client they do this a lot...Along with other bad feedback!) When we finally got to that appointment, the waiting room had crickets jumping around, trash & water bottles on the floor & seats with dirt on them. (This was an early morning appointment, so it wasnt like many would have been thru that day). After waiting, we were then told that they did not accept the kids insurance, but could pay like $200+ to have the appt. Especially frustrating since when I made the appointment, I told them the name, ID#s, etc & was told they do take it. Needless to say, Ive seen enough & we left.

I am finally approaching the end of my treatment plan, a saga I created for myself. A journey that was filled with questions and some embarrassment, all of which have been handled professionally and with the upmost respect for me as not only a patient but as a person. I have left a review before for the oral surgeon but wanted to leave a second one for the Muhlenberg office. I actually had gone into this adventure thinking I did not want to have any loyalty other than getting everything done as quick as possible, but after my experience with this office, especially Jana G. the office manager, I am and will be a loyal patient of this office. I will be sure to recommend this office to anyone I come across looking for a dentist.

I adore my dental hygienist. Ive been there three times now. Everyone there is informative, friendly and I just enjoy the experience. I have been terrified of dental appointments all my life. I made sure to tell the DH the first time I went and she explains to me what shes going to do and why and jokes and puts me at ease. If someone asks me for a dental referral, I will give them the Muhlenburg location of American Dental Solutions. Great job ladies! See you in 3 months!

My experience at American Dental has been nothing less than superior. The staff provides the nurturing experience that is essential to a generally, undesirable occasion. It is evident that the office manager, Janna, demonstrates competence in running this location by creating an efficient and friendly atmosphere, while also providing assertiveness in handling insurance and customer inquiries. I will certainly recommend this location to anyone seeking dental work.
