Got glasses from Kubo at the beginning of 2016. Went in a little over a week ago to have the frame adjusted and when the technician went to fix them the ear piece snapped off. Was told Id get a replacement. I left with tape holding my glasses together. Just got a voicemail saying the frames came in and Id be charged $120 if I decided to go through with getting them. They broke my glasses why would I pay for another frame?! It wasnt mentioned either before they were ordered. Extremely poor customer service. Stuck up and rude employees all around. Never left a negative review before but this experience was too bad not to share.

Came in for an appointment for my mom who had been having red, dry eyes for a very long time. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. We were in and out very quickly and we were set up with a follow up appointment within a week. With the prescription that was given, my moms eyes have been much better with zero irritation. Also this is a great place if you dont have vision coverage like us because they have very affordable prices. Will definitely be visiting again!

i have been a patient of kubo for 10+ years- This was my first time seeing Jessica. I found it to be the best of all my Kubo experiences. She was friendly, informative efficient. The appointment went quickly and seamlessly.

Dr. H was professional quick and friendly. The staff was also very helpful and worked quickly without making me feel rushed in or out.
