Scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ago. Arrived 15 minutes early for appointment after taking time off work. Upon my arrival, the reception desk girl told me I did not have an appointment and they never heard of me. I double checked my appointment time on my calendar and the date and time were exactly as I had written while I was speaking on the phone making the appointment. She told me to have a seat and they would try to "squeeze me in" (I had an appointment) After a few minutes the same girl came out to me and told me they would not be seeing me. She also asked if I wanted to just reschedule. I said that I did not, as I couldnt be assured that they would recognize that appointment either. I told her I would rather not do business with them and I will go elsewhere. The girl I was speaking to laughed and said "ok, bye"... Seriously? Is that your idea of customer service?

I absolutely love the ladies that work at Dr. Sanders office. Theyre always so efficient and nice. Ive been a patient of Dr. Sanders going on 15 years now and have enjoyed every visit Ive had. They always seem to carry a large variety of eyeglass styles and options and are there to give kind suggestions and opinions on what looks best.
