Ordered a pair of sunglasses there 3 weeks ago. Big mistake. Apparently only Dr. Sue is capable of ordering the glasses and since he was with a patient, I was told he would call me back to complete the order. After one week, I called the office and was told they had not yet ordered the glasses because they needed additional information. I provided the information and was told it would take about two weeks. I called back two weeks later only to find they needed additional information, even though I provided that information two weeks earlier. I was unwilling to wait another two weeks so will take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Sue is professional and thorough in his testing and care. The office is conveniently located on K Street. I always find frames that I like, including designer frames. And my contacts and glasses always arrive promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great selection of glasses but they take a long time to receive them. Got a call to come get my glasses 12 days LATER! To make things worse, hers wont be ready for a while...Why? They were both done on the same day :(

Dr. Sue is a genuinely good person and is very thorough in his work. His staff are always pleasant and responsive. The selection of eyewear is more than sufficient. The office is always clean and quiet.
