I recently took my 5 year old son to his first appointment at hollymeade. This is where I go but I figured why not try it for the little one. Making an appoinment was a breeze. The Office was super clean. All the front personal were super nice. David, who ran all of our tests was great and work really well with my child. I highly recommend requesting Dr. Seagraves when bring a child. She was awesome and did so wonderfully with my very wiggly child. My son loved her. She helped me with all of my questions and made me feel better about all my concerns. There was a nice young lady who helped my son pick his first pair of glasses out. She really let him pick too. Which is great since he has to start wearing them full time. Our overall experience was above par.

My husband and I recently went to Primary Eyecare to get tested for new glasses. The staff there are all welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! They went above and beyond when we both had problems with our first pair of glasses (not their fault, but due to our eyecare insurance plan). April and another technician made sure we were able to get comfortable pairs of glasses, and they took the time to fit them correctly so we were completely satisfied. April went through many phone attempts to straighten out the problems with our insurance, which was greatly appreciated by us, as we know how difficult it is to deal with them! Thank you so much!

The doctors and staff at this office are terrific. Every single person was friendly and happy to see me, even while being professional and attentive to my vision and eyewear needs. The testing sequence was thorough, not at all cursory. I had several questions, and all of them were attended to in a straight-forward manner. I left the office then ... and again a week later after picking up my new glasses ... feeling as if my needs had been more than met by this group of special professionals. I would recommend them to anyone who is careful about their eyes and about choosing the people to whom their vision is trusted.

I’ve gone to Primary Eyecare for my last two eye exams and eyeglass purchases and will continue to rely on them for these services. The staff is very helpful and professional and they have a good selection of frames. My most recent exam included retinal photographs, and Dr. Hempelmann did an excellent job of explaining features related to a condition that had been treated with laser surgery some 25 years ago. It was certainly the most thorough and informative eye exam I’ve had anywhere.

After losing my old pair of glasses, I was glad to find Primary Eyecare open on Saturday to set up an appointment for a new eye exam. The whole process went smoothly, and the staff were all friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. The only flaw is that the Barracks Road location would have been more convenient for me. It wasnt open on Saturday to schedule an appointment, and if its possible for one location to schedule appointments at the other it wasnt made clear.

I needed to get an exam and glasses quickly for insurance reasons. I called and got an appointment the next day. Everything was on time and easy. Marinna and Dr. Parker were both very friendly and professional. Dr. Parker answered all my questions. Chris, the optician was a lot of fun to work with. She explained my lens options and helped me make an important decision. She also spent a very long time helping me pick just the right frames and I had a lot of fun doing it!

I was very impressed with all the professional personale on staff at Primary Eyecare. I have and will continue to reccommend friends and family to your center. I was espcecially impress with Roxy, who assisted my son with finding the right fit and style. I had previously taken my son to a wwll know childrens Eye Doctor in town, but now know that Primary Eyecare is just as good, if not better. I love the caring and kindness shown to myslef and son at his visit.

From the first phone call to make the appointment I was very impressed. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and organized. They were able to accommodate the time of appointment I needed and got me in quickly. They were informative and patient while I decided on new frames, including taking my picture with an IPad with different frames on for me to view to compare. I felt like I got a very comprehensive exam and will definitely recommend and return.

My experience at Primary Eyecare in Hollymead was excellent. Their Saturday hours are incredibly convenient. When I arrived, I filled out the paperwork and was immediately taken to an exam room. There was no sitting in the waiting room reading old magazines. It was great! All the employees are incredibly nice and accommodating. I especially like their guarantee on their contacts.I highly recommend them!

When I first walked into the clinic I noticed how helpful other associates were with other customers in the clinic. The front desk was easy to find and the technician was very professional. Dr. Parker was pleasant, friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the exam and in her explanations of the diagnostic exams. Very pleasurable visit. Differently will visit again.

During my most recent visit, the doctors and assistants were very helpful, and they took a personal interest in the state of my vision. The doctor was genuinely concerned about some minor symptoms I reported, and took the time to really get to the root of the problem. I absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for an awesome optometrist.
