Dr. Seigel does not care about his patients. He particularly doesnt care for women. I went to him for the first time with migraines and he treated me like I was a child who was trying to get out of school. I went back the second time and took my boyfriend with me. He was nice as could be, but only spoke to my boyfriend instead of to me, the patient. Just today I decided to give him another try. Ive had a sore throat and fever the past few days. First I sat for an hour and twenty minutes waiting for him to see me. Then when I told him my symptoms he looked at my throat for half a second and did one swipe of my glands with his hand. How can anyone tell whats going on with that kind of lazy exam? He only agreed to do a throat culture after I told him I worked in a school, and when he was done, he pushed the culture into my hands and told me to drop it off at the lab on my way out not even bothering to tell me where the lab was. Do not waste your time here. I will definitely be looking for a new physician.

Went to see Dr. Harvey Siegal in the Roxbury office to have him renew my prescription for pain medication for 2 herniated disc that I currently have.. Low and behold he said he couldnt renew it because he had to contact the pharmacy because he failed to document the last time he wrote the script. This was all B. S. and I knew it He is very forgetful and should retire as any Dr with ADHD at his age should not be practicing medicine. So, here is a patient that will be in pain over the holidays because he cant remember. Even his own staff has issues with him as he forgets and can not stay focused on what he is doing. He continues to yell and be-little his nurses right in front of patients. He is not professional at all. His Wife and Son who both work there cover for him do to his inabilities to perform his duties as a Doctor. As far as a Doctor, I would not let him treat me if I had a hang nail. DO NOT GO THERE Believe me, "I SPEAK THE TRUTH"

I called about making an appointment about a back injury. I told the woman on the phone there was no insurance so I was trying to get prices. She responded "He doesnt do pain pills if thats what youre looking for." Thank you for assuming thats what we wanted. We wanted a doctor to ensure him that he hadnt done serious damage, that it was just a muscle injury and a regular course of ibuprofen would do the job. However, you guys must have done something wrong that you have to assume every person calling you wants pain medication. Can your doctor even write prescriptions. According to the state boards, its questionable.

Harvey Seigal is a great Dr. Forgetful at times but really listens and gives great insight. His staff is unorganized. Nancy is rude, talks in a condescending tone and just lies. Heather stays in earshot distances to be nosey. Both talk about you in a negative way when they put you on hold to back each others lies neither knew i was in the hallway. They are definately in the wrong field where your suppose to cater to people, be personable, and understanding. He needs knew staff to help him be more organized without drama.

Wow people are very hard on this doctor!! He is a caring sweet man. People are just mean! He does care and spends a lot of time with patients hence you may have to wait but you get the attention you need and he always came through for me!! I have been going to him for at least 15 years. As far as being forgetful...well he does see a lot of patients for goodness sakes!! I like him!!

He is a forgetful doctor and does not listen to patient. If you are visiting him - please be sure that you keep reminding him. Plus, this facility does not honor appointment time and keeps you waiting for hours. I am definitely not going there anymore.
