I broke a tooth and called the Aspen Dental closest to me to get the tooth pulled before I lost my insurance due to giving my two weeks notice. They were unable to fit me in within the time frame that I had so they recommended Aspen in Easton PA which was 40 min away form where I live. When talking to the Aspen in Easton and explaining the problem with my broken tooth and me trying to get it pulled before I lost my dental insurance in two weeks, they said they could fit me in on Sat which was great. So I get there on Sat I fill out the paper work get all the x-rays that they need, next they sit with me and tell me all of the problems going on with my teeth, when I ask them about pulling the broken tooth they tell me that wont be done that day and the only time they could do it was Tues before 4pm which didnt work for me due to me having to workout my last week at my job, they just keep wanting to talk about my next appointment and all the dental work that they could help me with. So they really just wasted my whole week where I could have been looking for someone who could have pulled my tooth, because first this office was out of my way and there is no way that I would ever go 40 min out of my way for a dentist if not an emergency. Instead they just wanted me there so they could bill my insurance first. In the end I missed my window to have my insurance cover getting part of the cost to get my tooth pulled and I will have to pay full price and I blame Aspen Dental. I would never go back to this place its out of the way and they didnt listen to what I wanted. I am writing this review because they sent me 3-5 email asking me to and to also get me to call them about a followup appointment. So this review is a hope that they stop emailing me.

Have been a patient for a while now. Grateful they accept my insurance as Ive needed a lot of costly work. Sometimes I have to wait a while to be seen but I understand emergencies come up and if I had an urgent need Id want to be seen that same day, too. Hygienist runs on time. I dont like that I dont see just one dentist but thats how it is when you go to a big practice, I guess. Had the experience where they scheduled 2 appointments for fillings that could have been done in one appointment. Reason given is that they didnt want to numb more than one area at a time. I travel about 30 minutes to get there so I want to get as much done at once that I can. I asked them this time to schedule me just one appointment and they were happy to grant my request. I guess people vary as to how much work they want to get at once... They are very organized and in seems that everyone is competent, they work harmoniously and it seems that everyone working there is content. I will continue to go there. I wish my insurance was accepted by my previous dentist who was in a solo practice, I would prefer that environment. That being said- they meet my needs and are better than some of the sketchy dentists that are in my network.

I would give 0 stars if I could but the review will not post without at least 1 star. I would absolutely not recommend Aspen Dental. Besides always having to wait to be seen, sometimes for more than an hour, my husband had a horrible experience during a root canal. Medical bleach that was being used during the procedure leaked and went down his throat causing burns and irritation and resulted in him gagging and gasping for breath during the procedure. The office was clearly overbooked that day and an assistant was not present during the procedure to notice that the bleach was leaking and administer appropriate suction. I will not be returning to Aspen Dental and would caution anyone else against making an appointment there.

Continual issues with level of service, and billing. At this visit - the dentist needed to fix a filling that they had done in a prior visit within the past year. And, during this visit - they knicked another filling, so we will have to be back AGAIN to have that repaired. On top of that, every time we go, they "cant verify our insurance" - so we pay in full, verify our insurance the next day, have them submit the claim, and then they wait to refund us until they get paid. Convenient. This place is terrible. If the insurance carrier offered better providers, we would NEVER be back. Oh, but this was the first time, in six visits, that they took me in at my actual appointment time - so I guess that is a place.

Ive always had positive experiences with the dentists here. And the contracted periodontist was amazingly efficient and was in complete control of the procedure (a root canal) which I found very reassuring.. At the last appointment however, the hygienist was not very nice. She asked me "what my relationship with flossing is" because I have had an issue with some scaly buildup behind just my two front bottom teeth. She made it sound as if I dont care for my teeth, which couldnt be further from the truth. I brush 2-3 times per day and floss every evening before going to bed. I didnt appreciate the sarcasm.

I feel like I found the dentist of my dreams. Everyone was very professional and efficient. I think there prices are very reasonable. My old dentist wanted to charge me $20,000 for just my bottom. Aspen was a couple thousand and are fixed and look great already. My mouth is always dry. The dentist said thats why my teeth were chipping and rotting from the inside out. Because of some of my prescription. All I wanted for Christmas was my teeth fixed. Aspen made it happen. Would and already have told everyone I know about my experience. Great job from the whole staff.

I have to go in for emergency surgery on Thursday! But so far I wanted to review my experience at the Airport Rd office..I didnt have to wait long and Irene was extremely helpful in helping me figure out dental insurance and payment plans! This has been very stressful so I really appreciate Irene taking the time to go over everything and making sure I understood what was going to happen. Little nervous for my surgery, and I will update this after to share the rest of my experience!

It was a terrible experience, all I wanted was to have my teeth cleaned I have been having my teeth cleaned every 6 months for the last 3 years. I was told it would cost 129.00$ to clean my teeth and 193.00$ to fill a cavity which I agreed to but, Aspen Dental outright refused both procedures because I wouldnt agree to a 775.00$ scaling procedure. I complained and was told that a patient advisor would contact me but two weeks later I still havent heard anything.

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL! Repeat DO NOT GO THERE! Scheduled an appointment gave insurance info ask for routine cleaning that is COVERED under dental plan. Was told the Hygenist suggested a deeper cleaning THEY REFUSED the covered procedure for one that wasnt that at a discount was $500! How do I know they didnt make the diagnosis up to upcharge. There was no option to just get them cleaned they wanted the money NEVER AGAIN #crooks!!
