I heard great things about this practice but couldnt even get in the chair. I had a cleaning/checkup scheduled 4 months in advance. I was changing dentists and was really looking forward to going to this practice for YEARS. I showed up for my appointment, and was told that they cant see me because a hygienist is out sick and that I would have to reschedule - even though there were two other people in the waiting room. They called my home less than 6 hours in advance to try to reschedule while I was at work. Things happen, however, patients should not be inconvenienced (with short notice) due to staffing issues. If this is any indication as to how this practice operates, I am glad that this happened now and not when I have a dental emergency. This was my first and last appointment with this practice.

I love this dentist office! I started here when Dr. McGinley started, and he is very much caring and thorough. I have also seen Dr. Montalvo who is a great addition to this practice!! All the staff (hygienists and front office staff) are very helpful and patient. Through the last two decades, with some changes in insurance, I was at two other practices before finally coming here. I am so thankful that I have found a wonderful practice that I have a great relationship with. I was very surprised when I saw some of the other reviews, because over the last six years, I have always had the same great experiences!!

Totally dishonest. They told me they were in network and now say they are not. Sticking me with the bill. They dont want to bill the insurance because it is too much trouble. Never again. Its a shame. Love the doctors and other staff but the billing department is irresponsible as another reviewer pointed out. Beware.

The receptionists, nurses, and doctors here are super nice and never have I ever stepped into this office and felt anxious and nervous. Scheduling is easy; once Im done with my check up, they offer me a date for my next visit while Im still in the chair. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Ive been going here ever since Glen Featherman packed his practice up and left town, and I think everyone is great. Both dentists and their whole staff are very personable and good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a switch.

DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!! HORRIBLE DENTIST FRONT DESK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING. ON TOP OF THAT THE DENTIST HAS VERY LITTLE EXPERIENCE. DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!
