Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my sweet Sadie. She was my first rescue and I brought her into Cornerstone when I was 14 years old; Sadie was 15 when she went to the famous rainbow bridge, (you can do the math :-) ). Cornerstone has always been so diligent and thorough with Sadies treatments. For 15 years they helped me keep her life full and healthy. Yesterday, the team at Cornerstone showed so much compassion. We saw a new Doctor (Dr. Connor), that was so sweet and gentle with Sadie. After bringing Sadie we now take our other 3 dogs (Buddy, Tex, and Koa) to them and we wouldnt dream of having anyone else see them. The front office staff, the technicians, the entire team is amazing. When my mom passed away suddenly and I could not care for her yellow lab, Max, they stepped up and they have not yielded in their efforts to help find him a forever home. This is truly a family and they deserve so much credit for all they do. Thank you cornerstone and your entire team from the front office, to the technician(s), all the way to the vets. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate every single thing you did for us. Thank you for helping me care for Sadie for the last 15 years and allowing me to give her an amazing life. I couldnt imagine my pets lives without you! You are THE BEST!!!!

Dr. Morse was amazing. We took our little girl (boston terrier mix) there for a tummy issue. The staff was helpful and courteous. We called ahead prior to making an appointment and the staff was generous enough to take their time and give us helpful suggestions prior to coming in; we had never been to this facility before either. We went ahead and made an appointment to let the vet see our little girl. The building was clean and well maintained. We had a friendly greeting when we arrived, and the doctor saw us within 10 minutes of arrival. The doctor gave us a complete tour of the facility to us at ease. We left our baby for half the day and she was well taken care of. Dr. Morse followed up with us the next day to see how she was, and then two days later, and another couple of days later as well. I will continue taking our baby here as well as recommend this place to others. As you can probably tell, our pet is like a daughter to us, and we have high standards of who takes care of her. She is not a dog, but a little girl and a big part of our hearts and family! Thank you for such a great experience and taking care of our little Lucy!

From the front office staff, to the vet techs, to the kennel staff, to Dr. Escobedo and Dr. Lopez, this is a first class operation!!!!. I have been a client of Cornerstone Animal Clinic since October 1997. My kitty Kali is 15 1/2 years old and she loves everyone here. She has numerous issues and has been cherished and cared for by both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Escobedo over the years. The treatment is individualized according to what Kali needs. I especially appreciate the love she has received from Heather a very sweet vet tech!!! The other vet techs are wonderful too!!! Dr. Lopez has seen Kali primarily over the last several years and I appreciate all of the time he has taken with me to explain complicated issues! The front office staff, from the Office Manager, to all of the other wonderful girls at the front desk, are always patient, kind, efficient, and very caring!!!! If you are looking people who care about you and your beloved pets, then look no further!

I recently adopted a Tabby cat and named him Tiger! This was a new experience for me as I really didnt know what I was getting myself into. Tiger has adjusted well in my home and has made it his home. When I adopted Tiger, he needed some grooming! I had researched other places that offer grooming for cats but when I ran across a pet taxi I knew I had found the perfect place! Cornerstone stayed in contact with me before the actual grooming date (which I changed to an earlier date and they accommodated me) and the day of the grooming, they called me and informed me that all went well and they were on their way to bringing Tiger back home, that pet taxi comes in handy! When I saw Tiger, I was shocked as to how clean and beautiful he looked..I really cant get over how he looked it was like he was a whole new cat! Thank you Cornerstone!

I honestly thought that they brought out the wrong dog when I picked up my pet from her grooming appointment. It appeared as if she had received a rushed emergency shaving for surgery by the vet tech rather than a paid session with a professional groomer. If I wasnt brushing her correctly, I would have been happy to discuss future options and suggestions for keeping her maintained on a regular schedule in a manner suitable to her breed, however, the groomer couldnt be bothered to greet me in the morning or when I returned in the afternoon. If I wanted her shaved to the skin, I could have taken her to Petsmart. At least their employees work in an open area where the customer can observe the process. Ill forever wonder what goes on behind those closed doors at Cornerstone that lead to the back... since I wont be returning.

I am grateful for all those at Cornerstone! I have a miniature Shetland Sheepdog who is 6 years old. Littlebit (Princess) and I are known by all the staff and greeted with friendliness and concern. Littlebit had a major infection when she was close to three. Research, treatment. investigation and finally, understanding the rare infection gave me back my Littlebit. She is bathed and groomed usually on a six week schedule. She is always happy and feels good when I pick her up. The seasonal kerchief is an added delight. We have utmost confidence in Dr. E. Dr. Castro, and the other drs. All the people in the back and the staff in front are professional as well as compassionate. Cornerstone is close to my home; I would go a lot farther if need be to have this animal clinic take care of Little Bit. Nita Mae Tannebaum

I cant possibly include here all the reasons why I continue, even having moved to a different part of Dallas, to take all my pets to Drs Lopez and Escobedo. As Dr Escobedo took care of my first golden retriever, expanded his practice, and moved, and took on partners, I have followed. They are excellent-compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk with about all kinds of pet issues, and interested. They take care with, not just of, your pets. I have now had two golden retrievers, one schnauzer, and one cat with them, and now am onto a rescue dog who will certainly be with them as long as we are together. And their staff--all well-qualified, personable, and interested in helping. I cannot say how much they have meant to me and my family all these years. Keep up the great work!

So far our experience with Cornerstone has been very positive. Our Corgi, Betty Boop, went in for a bath. In the process she hurt her back (pulled muscle). The people at Cornerstone jumped on the injury at once and she is responding very positively to treatment. Corgis share a proclivity for back injury with dachshunds and bassets. Fortunately, this little episode wasnt serious. The professionalism and care Betty got more than offsets the issue with the injury. This could happen to anyone. We love the people at Cornerstone and trust them implicitly with the care of our Corgi and kitty. We have absolutely no problem with trusting them to care for our pets. The whole staff is upbeat and professional. They are the best. You wont find a better place for your furry friends.
