I took my senior cat to Bent Tree for the first time last year and fell in love. The techs are amazing and every single one I met is absolutely in love with animals and have a great amount of sympathy and concern for them. The entire staff is caring, always smiling, and the nicest people youll meet. Kitty sees Dr. Koontz and I am so happy with the care shes given. Dr. Koontz is amazing at listening to my concerns, even the smallest worry or "symptom" I bring up, and excellent at reassuring and explaining every procedure and recommended treatment. I will never go anywhere else! Update: I adopted a new much younger cat and brought him in to see Dr. Koontz. She never disappoints! Shes so attentive, caring, and kind. Still extremely happy with her!

As an ex-vet-tech I am extremely picky with my vet clinics because I know the inner workings of them. I can tell you first hand youre most likely to find a clinic with a good vet and bad staff, or good staff and a bad vet. Bent Tree is basically the only clinic Ive been to that has managed to have both awesome vets and a friendly, helpful staff. They also carry the flea meds I like and the heartworm meds I like (which, is harder to find than you may think). Theyre not the cheapest vet in the area, but you get the service you pay for. If you want to pay less you can find another vet, but prepare to be dissatisfied.

We have taken our dog and cat exclusively to Bent Tree Animal Hospital for years. They are always helpful and nice as well as knowledgeable. The Vets take the time to listen to you, to explain everything completely, and answer any and all of your questions without making you feel rushed. The Techs and front counter employees are always smiling and always sweet to us and to our animals. They always know us and our pets at least by face if not by name. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond to make the experience great. We wouldnt take our furbabies anywhere else.

We took Zoey in for her puppy exam the day we picked her up. I fell in love with the staff as they played with our puppy and loved her like she was their own. today Zoey is a year old and they still treat her the same way. I have called on a few occasions for advice or suggestions and the staff is always helpful... even when I feel like I am asking too many questions as an overprotective puppy mom... they are still patient and kind. 100 times Better than any experience I have had with any other vet in the area!!

Ive taken my 16 year old dog here for @ 4 years. I brought her here because they do really well with geriatric animals. They know her and treat her very well and she actually likes going there. You can also trust that they wont try to push you into high dollar procedures if theres another way. The office staff is fantastic and Sean, one of the the vet techs, is a doll! Ive recommended them to just about all my neighbors and friends! All the vets are really good but Dr. Kimble is my favorite for Alex!

Weve tried a good amount of the vets in the area. Either they did extra test, or misdiagnosed things going on, or gave the impression or being busy. After a 2-3 years now with Bent Tree Animal Hospital we have never had a bad experience. Theyre always kind, never had a moment where theyre too busy, or they go the extra mile by calling to see how you are doing after loosing a pet & also sending a card. These are the best of people that work here. I will never go anyplace else if I can help it.

I started taking my dogs to Bent Tree in 2012. I have lost an animal to cancer, I have brought my new dogs in, one who developed epilepsy - Ive never been happier with the treatment of my dogs, from their good times and bad times! Bent Tree Animal Hospital is amazing and Dr. Koontz is awesome! If I ever move out of the area, I would still bring my dogs back to them. The front desk staff, the techs, the veterinarians - all are at the top of their game. Love Bent Tree!!!

Wow, These guys, let me tell you. My whole family, very sadly, had to put down our 14 year old westy dog. It was so sad. They stayed open 4 hours past their closing time for our family of 7 to arrive. It was just incredible. They were so caring, so kind, didnt rush us at all. They took a terribly sad moment, and made it a little bright. Thank you Bent Tree Animal Hospital! Then they send us a heartwarming card signed by everyone there. Wow

This is the best vet I have ever been too! All of the staff is warm and welcoming, and you can tell they all love what they do. We have 2 cats, and the first time we brought each one them almost the entire staff working came to pet them. The price is reasonable and they will follow up the next day to see how your pet is doing if it was sick. When we move we will be driving 40 miles just to use them!!

Me and my wife moved in town 1 year ago and saw a few vets before finding Bent Tree...We are definitely staying here! The facilities are top class, everyone is friendly and you can tell they all love animals. They have been calling us to make sure our dog is fine and we already feel like we have friends that we can call if we need help with our pets!

Weve lived in several States and I can easily say the folks at Bent Tree are among the very best--I wouldnt take our furry kids anywhere else in Dallas.

Weve been taking our 3 dogs here for the last year and we absolutely love the staff and Dr. Shuman is wonderful! They are so friendly and very knowledgeable. We moved 30 minutes away but we still bring our boys back to their office! I really cant recommend them enough!

My 2 year-old dog was misdiagnosed by an inexperienced vet. And, the customer service I received here was very poor. For 9 years, my family has been loyal customers here. But, due to staff changes and poor service. We will not be returning.

Very honest with medications and price. They gave me several options to treat my dog for fleas and heart worm preventative. The vet, assistance, and front desk were all so friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience with Bent Tree!
